Calvin Farace was a very courteous and respectful person. I had a 10am to 4pm window for them to come. I got called in to come to work at 1:30pm so I needed WW chimney to shorten the window or reschedule. Calvin Farace was able to shorten the window for me. Once he arrived, he built rapport as I think most businesses should do and put me at ease. During the inspection/​cleaning he gave me instructions on how to maintain a good fireplace, what type of fireplace I have, and what type of wood or artificial woods to use. BLUF: They have competitive prices, are very courteous, prompt and you can tell they take pride in their work. Use Worldwide, you won’t regret it.

The service that they provided was second to no one!!!
I was on Angie’s list and had 4 different companies come out and try to «sell me» additional services and gutter covers that I did not need or want and had been up front with each company.
At this point I had become very displeased with Angie’s list and the list of service providers they recommended.
World Wide Chimney and Gutter did none of this!!! They were up front from the beginning, gave me an unbelievable quote, and completed the work the same day. He climbed up my 3 story town home in 98 degree weather and cleaned my gutters by hand.
This service was amazing and I recommend them to everyone!!!

I had Worldwide Chimney Sweeps come out to repair the chimney cap for my boiler. They were very responsive and came out quickly. They were able to perform the repair quickly and at a fair price.
I will call them again when I need my fireplace chimneys cleaned for sure.
