Any other time in the last 8 or 9 years, I’d have given an enthusiastic 5 stars. Dr. Bowker is a fabulous vet, caring, knowledgeable and willing to explain things when one has questions.
However, the quality of his clerical staff has slidden badly.
I’ve only ever had positive interactions until today when the new, male, clerk/​vet tech was obviously already stressed before I called and then was very rude when I attempted to clarify when a vaccination was required.
I hope that either this behavior will be corrected or this young man finds employment elsewhere. Otherwise, we’ll have to find a different vet’s office. And that’s not something we want to do.
But, there are too many options to tolerate that kind of unprofessional and rude behavior when I’m paying my hard earned money for a service.
