It is now closed! Under new management again. I haven’t tried it yet. However anther name change shows very little in staying power.

Not bad. Had the egg sandwich with sausage pretty decent. Server was very friendly and attentive. All over a nice place but could use some TLC.

Outstanding food and service! I had the pork tenderloin and it’s the real thing you find in the Midwest! My wife had the Cajun shrimp and cheddar grits! So delicious! We can’t wait to go back and take our friends along! The menu offers a great variety of super comfort foods!

I’ve driven by Caitlin’s many times, and have always wanted to check it out along with the other handful of diner’s along South Orange. When I pulled up, I was surprised to see that the name had changed, although one of the signs out front still said Caitlin’s. As I entered, I was promptly greeted and seated. The décor is clearly very old and worn, and the new owners didn’t do any renovation at all… they merely took down whatever decorations were on the wall and replaced them with sports themed items. Plenty of hooks and holes where the previous decorations were. The menu was large, and filled with standard diner fare. I ordered a Reuben with a side of fries. The reuben was pretty good, although the bottom slice of bread was soggy by the time I got my sandwich. The fries were crinkle cut, and tasted like they came from a large frozen bag of fries. Nowhere near as tasty as fresh, homemade fries. Coach’s is fairly low on the diner totem pole, especially when there are at least 4 other places within a mile. Feel free to check them out, but keep your expectations in check.
