Hello FB friends. My 2 month old liner has pin holes in it and I was told that the manufacturer was swimline. I spoke with a representative at swimline and was informed that they only cover rips in the seams. I took down an old pool and replaced it with a brand new pool, new walls, liner, filter and pump and have used it for the past two months only to be told, sorry we don’t cover pinholes. I am beyond upset and want evryone to know about this company and how they do not stand behind their products. They are located in the Heartland Business District.

Purchased a new pool liner 5⁄2014 to replace faded 13 year old liner. One year later the bottom of this pool liner is as faded as the previous one was after all those years. Swimline«customer service» says the warranty only covers defects in seams. There are better companies out there. Take your money & business somewhere where they at least act like they care!

After calling Swimline. I will never buy another product from them. We purchased 2 summers ago the blue and white sun chasers. We payed $ 159. Each for the items.(Thinking paying a little more they would last longer that the blow up floats and appeared to be more durable for more than a couple of summers) When we got home we took one back because the webbing was already ripped.(Coming apart at seams) Our pool place replace it with a new one. By the spring last year we went to order new seat covers because the sun, chlorine had eaten the webbing up. We didn’t think nothing of reordering the seat covers or mind paying for them. When we went to the pool store the owner actually felt that they should not have dry rotted so fast(8 months) so she warranty then and got us new ones that we were even willing to pay. We are aware that we were going to have to replace every season not a big deal. Yesterday when we came out to the pool my husband and I were getting into chairs and one of the pvc brackets broke that hold it together. So we were quite disappointed. I decided to call the company and let them know. Kim J answered the phone I explained to her the problem we had with the broken chair. I told her that you assume to replace the covers but assume you will never have to replace the lounge part and wanted to know if that part was warranty she informed me that they was 0 warranty after 1 year then she continues to informed me how that we were too rowdy on the floats.(We are in our 50’s). I then even ask her it I could buy the broken piece. She rulely stated«go to your pool placeI» It was her rudeness in the conversation that will never buy one of they products again.

I purchased two Solstice SUP paddles that my wife and I enjoy using. We had an issue with one of the locking buttons so I contacted Customer Support and with a very quick email exchange was assured by Kim that a replacement part would be on its way that would fix the issue. It was, it did and we are very pleased with the support as well as the products. A good company makes good products at good value, a great company then supports those products with excellent service. Swimline is an excellent company with excellent support. Thanks, Kim!
