I have visited them quite a few times for myself and my two kids. Friendly and efficient. I feel they are honest and provide balanced discussions of their evaluation and treatment plans, not simply pushing for this or that to make an extra buck as many(most?) Dentists do today. Never had any problems or miscommunications so far. The hygienists treat my kids like family and are always smiling. The younger woman, Dr. Virdi and the older white guy, Dr. Hartdke do quality work and they put their name on it. If you need additional specialty care, they are well-connected with Endodontists, Oral Surgeons, etc in the area and keep things simple and timely, which I value as a parent with little time. As a pharmacist, I personally like the waiting room displays of older medical/dental antiques. Good stuff! Plus, always a pleasure to see down-to-Earth people who actually care as front end staff! —-Highly Recommended!

All the staff is great! Painless dentistry, Dr Hardtke is the most caring person I have ever met. The hygenists are very friendly and assisstants are so good, they know what the Dr. needs before he asks. The front office has a thankless job and they are allways happy and bubbley. I am 53 years old and I have been to a lot of dentists, none come even close to Dr Hardtke’s practice.

First impression all décor is extremely outdated. Figured who cares if the care is awesome… but…scheduling gal was short & borderline rude. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was nice but overly chatty. The Dr. there wasn’t Dr. Hardtke, I guess he’s retiring soon. It was a young woman who treated me like a number & moved on. When I walked out front the lady doctor was sitting on the computer showing the staff silly videos online. Not professional at all. It was my first and only visit-I won’t be back.

I have been going to Dr. Hardtke since I was five… for approximately 30+ years! I drive over an hour twice a year for my appointments. I consider him a cautious dentist(doesn’t drill and fill whilly-nilly) and I appreciate his soft spoken chair demeanor. His hygenists are always welcoming and remember all the details of our previous conversations. I appreciate the warm neck pillow and paraffin wax on my hands during my cleaning. I did read the review of the previous Unilocaler who complained about the front office. I have never experienced a problem and the office has even stayed open for me after hours while I was stuck in traffic on my way for a routine cleaning. That being said, I have friends who see Dr. Hardtke and have expressed dread when having to cancel an appointment. I find it humorous to hear, but, like I said, haven’t been on the receiving end of canceling. I think the front office makes life more interesting, but maybe I like to live on the edge ;)

I had an appointment and at last minute could not make the appointment due to an emergent issue. When I attempted to explain my situation, I was verbally attacked by the two customer service representatives that were at the front desk. I walked out of the office embarrassed, I was glad that there were no customers to view this incident. They then decided to explain their policy on missed appointments which was not shared at the initial visit. The medical staff is amazing and thorough but if you are looking for Gestapo treatment, tactics and harassment then you have picked the right dental office. Yep, going back to Bright Now Dental, better service in both customer and medical relationships.

Wouldn’t even dream of going to another dentist. Been seeing Dr. Hardtke for many years. He and his staff are the best. I hate going to the dentist but they make it almost a fun experience. They all are fun to be around and laugh with. Oh and lets not forget the paraffin wax while you sit in the chair.
