Had a problem with my iphone, went in for help, they told me I just needed a new phone. The next day(after having bought said new phone), a 15 year old teenager«fixed» my phone with a hard restart. Which the att guy never even tried. So a 15 year old was more helpful.

Getting a new phone from this AT&T location has been a horrible experience. My wife and I each ordered identical iPhone 6 phones on sep 28. One arrived 6 weeks later. The other never arrived. I think because the rep who ordered them at the store was incompetent and messed it up during the 75 minutes it took him to order two phones. I went to the store and called 1800 number 7 times after that to try to get a phone. Was told every time there was nothing that could be done and this is apples fault so I should keep waiting. Order kept showing as pending. At one point they promised to hold a phone that came into the store for me. After two days they sold it to someone else because I didnt instantly drop all I was doing to pick it up. At same time they apparently canceled my order without telling me. This was on December 23. Finally I went to store one more time on January 11 to get an update(they don’t answer if you call the store so you have to go in to deal with them) and they gave us an in stock phone. Throughout it all no one ever admitted any fault or apologized. For the most part they didn’t even try to help solve the problem. We will be switching providers after 2 year contract expires.
