Friendly, fast, & reasonably priced. Cannot think of one thing that would be better. Had my iPhone 6 screen replaced in less than 20 minutes while I watched Netflix in the lobby. These guys rule.

One of my friends recommended taking my phone here to get it fixed since he had had such a great experience. Found the place tucked in the basement and was greeted by a friendly guy who said it would take just ten minutes to fix my iPhone screen! Was in and out in a jiffy. I would definitely recommend it!

Easy transaction, walked right in without appointment. Replaced a very cheap iphone glass that had busted only 2 weeks after getting it replced elsewhere. Took 15 minutes and used much higher quality parts. Highly recommend.

This is the only place to go to get something fixed. I’ve brought a lot of stuff in and have been told sorry, it’s not worth fixing. Appreciate the honesty!

Came in purely off the reviews here. Brought an old ipod touch in. They said they could try to do what they could but actually suggested not to. They also came up with better alternatives. Though I had no work done, I leave a review with 5 stars cause their customer service was friendly and Ill be coming back for any future problems. *Its in the basement of their building. Not very user friendly to find but keep on your quest. The gold at the end is definitely worth it!

These guys are awesome! I had my iPhone and my iPad screens replaced here and both times the service far exceeded my expectations. They are very professional and their technical skills are great.

Wow. Just wow. I dropped my iPhone 4s and shattered the back panel. No biggie. I could wait to get the new version. That wasn’t going to affect performance. Then, I was riding my bike in the pouring rain and it happened to get *just* enough moisture in it to cause the camera light to short out and stay on. All. The. Time. Still not a *huge* deal, but kind of embarrassing. As if that wasn’t enough, I dropped it again on a carpeted floor, and suddenly the screen went black with blue lines. I could still hear it ring and make other sounds, I couldn’t see anything. Gah! I read up on the symptoms, learned it was a bad digitizer, and decided I would get my own parts and do the repair myself. I just had to wait for everything to arrive, find the right tools, then make some time to sit down with a magnifying glass and make sure I didn’t destroy it any further and/or lose the screws. I’ve replaced my own MacBook screens and hard drives before, so I could do this, right? After 2 days with no phone, I decided not to wait. I needed my GPS! I was missing texts! Who were these people calling me?! I found these guys and dropped by their little cave of an office. I was immediately and cheerfully greeted by one of the owners(who got off a phone call to do so) and my phone was like new within 30 minutes! The friendly, professional young guy replaced my camera, front screen & digitizer AND the back panel, all for…(should I even be telling you Unilocalers this) only $ 115! He said that since he was already opening it up, he would give me a break on the camera. I can’t promise they can give you the same price on your specific phone – mine was an old 4s – so don’t go badgering him, K? He also wasn’t all judge-y and condescending about my phone being old or it being such a mess. He just tested it then fixed it. Nice. This was way, way better than fumbling around with it myself. TOTALLY worth the $ 115. It’s really great to see young guys like this turning their passion for Apple products into such a great business. You’re doin’ it right, guys! I wish the best for you.

It’s kind of hard to find their place in the basement of an office building nest to Southdale Library, but once you’re there, great experience. Polite guys, fair and transparent pricing, and most importantly they did a great job. I hate that I broke my phone, but I’m glad these guys were here to fix it.

Dear Dont Ditch It, I came back home to MN stressed out that my screen had a giant crack in it. Luckily I had a spare broken phone to swap the screen with but not the tools. After calling around to literally everyone, you were the only ones who were willing to swap the parts and fix my phone in a matter of minutes. You guys rock, and will recommend you to all my local friends! –Ed

The screen on my phone died, white as a ghost. These guys made a miracle happen, they brought it back to life. All in less than 10 minutes. They also only charged me a fraction of what they could have. They were honest and upfront. They explained the pros and cons of replacing the screen should it die again. They could have taken me to the cleaners and charged me over $ 100 to replace the screen without telling me there were other options. These guy are excellent and über professional… AND they had free coffee in their lobby! Score. Check them out.

I decided to kick my iPhone across the driveway… Shattered the hell out of the screen. Took my beloved device to these guys and they fixed it up quick. Like really quick like three minutes quick. It was a bit on the expensive side for most places but it was worth it(140 for an iPhone 5 screen). All in all next time am an idiot break my phone, I’m coming here.

Fixed my badly cracked iPhone 5 screen in, no kidding, under 10 minutes, with no advance appointment. They were friendly, polite and super helpful! I will say the office is a little hard to find(in the basement of an office building) — but I sort of like it that way — hopefully it stays an uncrowded hidden gem.

Great service, very reasonable prices and a great repair. Visited here because of the reviews and was not disappointed. Also, as an old man over 40, it’s great to see two young guys starting and running their own business. Really nice guys they’ll get my business from here on in.

These guys replaced the screen and screen cover on my HTC Droid DNA in 45 minutes, and gave me a discount because the replacement screen wasn’t «perfect», meaning there was a blemish they could see but I couldn’t. Top notch.

Tough to find, but well worth it! These guys do incredible work for unbelievable pricing. Don’t let the appearance fool you, their customer service was refreshing compared to other tech guys I’ve worked with, and they went above and beyond to meet my needs. Don’t go anywhere else!

What a great find! I needed a trackball replaced on my BlackBerry and stumbled upon them in a Google search. They actually posted their prices on their website which impressed me. Upfront, and honest. Not too common these days. Called them up and took my phone in to be fixed… voila! Like new. It took them only a short time and I was back up and running before I could go for a latte! Loved dealing with them and have been recommending them to everyone I know! And will continue to do so. These two young gentlemen are so polite and offer true customer service. Thanks Andy and Jeff!

Thought this place was great. 2 young guys cutting their teeth with a much needed business in a booming industry. Got the home button replaced on my iPhone 4 for $ 50. Took about 30 minutes. I’ll use them again for sure.

I needed my ipod fixed and a friend of the owner recommended this place. For 3 years I had lived with only being able to hear out of one headphone, I know it’s weird that I put up with it that long. It was an older generation ipod with a large amount of storage so I didn’t want to purchase a new one at the time and it was past warranty. Also, I didn’t know how much Apple would charge for this repair and didn’t want to have it shipped in, etc. Dropping it off was simple: I brought in my ipod, filled out an info sheet paper, and called back a few days later to see if it was fixed. I had difficulty getting there from work, being as the business hours are 8 am — 6 pm and they had no problem with them holding onto my item until I could make it in. Another great thing is that they have a 30 day warranty if your item isn’t completely working again. Note: Dont Ditch It Fix It is located across from the Target in a large brown business building on the bottom floor. And repair prices are conveniently listed on their website.
