Fruit bouquet was lovely, delivery and service were good, but the fruit was FLAVORLESS! Next time I’ll spend my $$ on a flower arrangement and purchase fruit that had some flavor…

Worst service ever. Ordered arrangement for birthday party and they didn’t have it ready. They claim to not have a way to process gift cards despite knowing I was paying with card and so the order never was placed. Their website confirms my card had $ 75 on it and they did nothing to solve the problem other than call manager. 30 minutes before the birthday party I was at Cub buying fruit and made it home as guest were arriving. Manager never called to resolve issue. Never go here and but fruit everywhere else instead.
