Express

The selection at this Express seems lacking a little in comparison to some other area stores (especially Rosedale), but the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Recently, I had something to return, and it was completely hassle free. I was also shopping with a friend who was in search of a dress, and their dresses were all 40% off so we took a look around. Unfortunately they were out of her size in the dress she was interested in, so we asked an associate to call another store. She did, but the left her on hold for 5 minutes (twice)…so she wrote down the style number of the dress and gave us some phone numbers of other area stores we could call on our own. She was very helpful – it’s just too bad they didn’t have what we needed in stock.
In the future, I certainly won’t avoid this location, but I won’t be visiting Southdale just to shop here either, because there are other locations that are more convenient and that have a larger inventory.
