I went to Dr. Sinda after seeking treatment at other clinics. I was told my visit would cost $ 155 because I have been there several times before. I was actually charged over $ 260, and they refused to refund the difference. I was told that because I had my records forwarded to them, it cost more. But, Dr. Sinda did not even review my records. The worst part is he sent me into hyperthyroidism by prescribing a very high does of thyroid medicine. I called to complain that I was breaking out in sweats, was anxious and nauseous. He told me that it would take time for me to work up my levels, and to stay on it for at least three weeks. In the meantime, I was too sick to work. I finally went to my internal medicine doctor, and he took the time to review my records and noticed that my estrogen was chronically low, and that my thyroid was way too high. He took me off all the compounded medicines, and got me on estrogen and drastically lowered my thyroid medicine. Over night, I felt relief. I consider it to be malpractice to treat a patient without first carefully reviewing her records of past blood work. I think it is unconscionable that someone who is supposed to be an expert in hormone therapy did not consider low estrogen levels can cause crashing fatigue, and to push me into hyperthyroidism. It’s also unconscionable for the doctor to tell me to continue on a medication when I showing obvious symptoms of hyperthyroidism. I am writing this review not to punish the people at this clinic, but to warn other women of the seriousness of bad medical care. I lost money, time, and had to suffer needlessly because of Innovative Directions and Dr. Sinda.

I had laser hair removal here. I did purchase a Groupon so I wasn’t expecting the best, but their machine didn’t work very well. I ended up wasting 6 hours(including commute time) going here. The staff was nice, easy to schedule an appointment and the place was decently clean.
