This place tried to charge me 50cents to tape up my Amazon box
Which was already prepaid for.
The Edina one off 50^th and Vernon is way better!
Ridiculous to charge something that has been already paid for.

Do not use this store for shipping something you absolutely need to arrive in a timely manner! I shipped something that had to be at the destination by 1030am within the time frame paid for… Called UPS and they said store didn’t ship it on the day they said they would… Store gave me a refund. But seriously that does not help for a package you needed delivered! Mark the manager made the refund but had a «I don’t care attitude» … You can find other locations and I would go somewhere else if I was you!
Received the refund… But the package was very important to someone for a surgery and needed it this morning by 1030… Thanks UPS store for nothing!

This UPS store was a little hard to find. It’s tucked away in the strip mall.
The people that worked there were friendly, but not very efficient at getting people in and out the door, they seemed to take there time.
I ran in to drop two packages off that were already paid for, but it still took about 6 minutes to get through a line of two people. They had two people working, so I’m not sure why it took so long.

Incredible. One of the best stores (of any kind) I’ve ever been to.
All I did was walk in, they approached me and took care of everything. They answered any questions I had as well.
Really amazing customer service, will use UPS whenever possible.

Edina, MN

Great local place to pop in for copies (which you can submit online and then pick up later!), as well as the best staff UPS has to offer. Much better than some of their «customer service reps» on the phone. If you want the best of the best, ask for Mark. It’s like Cheers. They all know your name.
