Love pollo loco but this location has consistently prepped our drive through orders incorrectly more than any other restaurant we visit. I’m not over exaggerating either. For roughly 10 visits, 8 of them had critical errors in food prep. Wrong items in burritos, missing ingredients, mixing up of items in specific preparations… have had it all happen.
Today’s break the camels back issue was avocado produce stickers in our food. Tried seeing if this newer location would eventually get it right because our family loves pollo loco so much, but not anymore. Shame on us really for going back so much. If you go here DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THROUGH and check your food before you leave. Nothing worse when youre hungry than getting home to a completely wrong order.

Best meal after my workouts. Chicken, salad, and little bit of carbs. Summer is almost here and this place opened at the perfect time. This restaurant is extremely clean, tasty and the staff is more than friendly.

This location is better than the one in McAllen! Drive thru operator was very friendly and helpful. Once I got to the window I was greeted again in a very friendly manner (I’m shocked because you don’t see that in the RGV very often) i don’t think a lot of people know this location is open and maybe that’s why they are not as busy.

Very disappointed in the quality of the food prep. I had the ultimate double chicken enchilada plate which looked really good until I bit into the second of 2 enchilada and to my surprise I got a mouth full chicken knee yes you know that hard piece at the small end of a chicken leg full and uncut. My son had the 3 tacos al carbon which came with more cilantro than chicken my wife had the pollo bowl which was good except for the ½ a cup of raw chopped onion. I went in with high hopes having been excited waiting for the building to be constructed and ready for business but Alas I will not be back.
