I’ve taken 2 of my cars for oil changes and major repairs. Romeo was my advisor and he was great! Very detailed and explained in clear terms. He was honest and was not trying to rip me off. Pete the mechanic was also great!!! He actually found a problem with one of the cars that was missed by the firestone on 10th and 23rd street. As long as I live here I will continue to trust this location over then other two. They have more of a connection with the customer. On a bad note. The new guy had to be trained in customer service. He might be too young and not have the experience. He needs more guidance in how to treat customers. Other than that great repair shop!

Service is good but the service in the lobby is not very good. Coffee is not brewly fresh; it is not even available!
