Horrible service. Couldn’t even get a simple fries order right. I had to go back in like 3 times and even then, they still didn’t get it right. Pay attention when people order man. Waste of time.

Horrible service. They don’t care about customer service AT ALL. They just want you to go in, pay for your food, and get out. Will not be going to this location again. I’ve gone to others here in the RGV and this has been the worst in customer service.

Every single time I have come here, it was terrible. The food and the service… I’ve honestly given it 4 chances and nope, still terrible. My boyfriend and I walked in at 10:45 pm and they were closing the kitchen already (they close at 12)…we waited for someone to take our order and the girl was busy washing dishes and knew we were there. We left… the other times I have been there, the wings AND fries that were served were either undercooked or cold. Go to the Wingstop on University Dr… it’s a bazillion times better.

Food here is great and fast. Their customer service is good too. I had a bad order one time; 1 lemon pepper and 14 mild. I didnt order that but they were quick to fix it. My favorite wingstop place by far. Its quiet and peaceful too.

Good atmosphere. I see they’re trying to make this more of a sorts bar but doesn’t quite give that vibe off. Bar is way too small for that. Service is good and of course so r the wings. Some beers available on tap. I know they have specials on beers certain nights of the week.

West Campus, Austin, TX
Fancy new place! Had to check this out when I first came down from Austin. It didn’t disappoint. This wingstop is much bigger than all the other Edinburg ones and it includes a full service bar. $ 2 drafts on Tuesday/​Thursdays are a good perk too. Wings are always tasty!
