Edmundson R V Sales

We were distressed to find that all the «hype» about the level of service you received at Edmondson was superior and based on total customer satisfaction. They even have signs that state, «If we don’t take care of our customers, someone else will.» We purchased a used 5^th wheel RV to determine if this was what we really wanted to do. I feel we got a great deal on the unit and our sales person, Hugh, was excellent. That however, is where it ended. Their service was terrible! We closed on Tuesday and were supposed to take delivery at the same time but didn’t actually take delivery until that Friday. After getting the unit home we found it filthy and some things didn’t work. Their promise was, «everything» would work before we took delivery. I took the time to write Chris Edmondson a «nice» letter stating our dissatisfaction with the unit and the service department. I addressed the letter «Personal and Confidential» and he didn’t even so much as give us the respect of a response to our letter. I wouldn’t go back but that is based on our one time experience.

We checked out all of the RV dealers in Central Indiana and found our home at Edmundson RV Sales in Edinburgh.
The staff, from sales to service, is top-​notch and some of the friendliest people I have ever done business with. From the time we first walked in the door to the time we pulled out of the parking lot for our first camping trip, they have made us feel like family.
This won’t be our last RV and Edmundson will be the first place we go when it is time to buy the next one!
