Amazing Smiles

After reading so many bad reviews of this office I was hesitant about being a new patient. It’s been a month of checkups and minor work that has been done and I’m SO HAPPY that I chose this dentist! The staff is super friendly and hilarious and the dentist herself is a sweetheart. She goes out of your way to make you feel comfortable and that you’re not in any pain! I would highly recommend her to anyone! Don’t let the reviews scare you! SIDE NOTE: The wait time could be a long time but I rather know they are precise and getting the job done right than having a rushed visit.

I had a very positive experience here. The dentists and dental hygienists were very kind, efficient, and thorough. I went in for a cleaning, x-​rays, and wanted to check for some concerns/​pain I had. They listened and met all my needs. No issues. And I got some freebies! The office staff was funny and very sweet. I can see how the customer service COULD be hit or miss depending on the business and stress levels of the day, but in general they were pretty kind.

The worst customer service award goes to this place. Since I never even got to see the dentist I don’t know if I can even call it a service. I started with this place November 1. They did not give me my first appointment until 2 weeks later. I showed up at the clinic and it was closed. I never got an message or call. I called the clinic to reschedule and the lady JOAN, whom they couldn’t give me a last name for because they knew I wanted to report this, said «Sorry hon, looks like they didn’t get to call two people that day.» I figured okay it was an honest mistake. Then, it was ridiculous that the next appointment I could get was 3 weeks later! I am changing to a different dentist for sure. A company is only as good as the first contact of service.

Love this place! The staff is very down to earth and always make you feel at ease ! Dr. Smilow is awesome! He is patient and understanding even with big chickens like me! I didn’t even feel a root canal! By far the best ever! Thank you Amazing Smiles for making my dentist visits a lot easier!

this place is a nightmare. Avoid at all cost. The office staff is BEYOND RUDE. Had called to make an appointment for my daughter to see the orthodontist. I asked if my insurance would cover the initial consultation and was told yes that is covered. I arrived gave the receptionist my insurance card and filled out all their paperwork. Then after all this was told that it would be $ 60. When i queried this they said that they had informed me when I made the appointment that it would be a $ 60 fee. I said they had not and would have never made the appointment if they had. They were adamant that had and I was the one that had insisted on the phone that I still wanted to come in. The were extremely rude and put everything off that it was my fault. So when I got home I called my insurance company to see why they wouldn’t cover the exam I was told that yes the exam is covered and they had no idea why they would tell me that and ask for $ 60. So here is the question I ask. Why would they ask me for my insurance info if they supposedly told me that nothing would be covered by my insurance ahead of time and I would be paying for the visit.
