my experience wasn’t bad but could’ve been better. After expressing my concerns Dr Miller reached out to me to see what he could have done better. I appreciated that a lot knowing that my opinion mattered made me comfortable to return to his office. Dr Miller is skilled in what he does and will not give u any false hope on what to expect in your final results. Procedure was quick and he called after to make sure I was feeling ok. if you are thinking of having work done meet with Dr Miller atleast for a consult as he will let you know exactly what could be done

STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! It’s low rent. The place looks like the back of an alley and the staff is unprofessional and unapologetic for messing up appt time and dates. Soon as I saw the building before I even entered I immediately knew it wasn’t going to work. Entered inside and it confirmed what I already knew. Please go elsewhere!

I would think twice about going here. I went in for what I thought was a «Free» consultation as advertised on their website. I later received a bill for eighty something dollars (which I understand is not a lot of money– but its not Free either). When I called the billing department to inquire about the bill she told me that my consultation was not free because it was not a «cosmetic» consultation, only «cosmetic consultations are free» (this is not stated on their website). I said I thought the removal of sun spots was cosmetic… she said the girl didn’t schedule it that way and so its not free. I asked her to make it right and waive the charge since it was not anyone’s fault (except theirs for false advertisement on their website) and she said no. She also went on to say how I should’ve known it wasn’t going to be Free since they asked for my insurance card at the front desk (which they charged by the way). Before I received this bill, I decided against this practice due to the unfriendly staff and I thought the office was dirty. So glad I decided to have my cosmetic laser procedure elsewhere.

I would not recommend this office and not the doctor I worked with Dr Andrew Miller. The office staff is unfriendly and the doctor has no bedside manner.
