Great staff and the BBQ is consistently good. We live in Clara Barton and in the summer always stop by the farmers market for BBQ. They have ribs, chicken, pulled pork, etc… everything is very good.

I am so excited to be able to get some real BBQ on the weekend — even in winter!
I’ve eaten here a few times since I first noticed the Sauce Boss set up outside Raritan Bakery. My usual is a pulled pork sandwich smothered in their delicious homemade BBQ sauce.
By far the best side is the summer bean salad — I would drink the juice that it’s marinating in. It’s amazing.
But today, when they took the cover off of the ribs — I really had no choice. The smell of smoked goodness had my mouth watering before I could even order. They did not disappoint.
I’m glad to see these guys setting up on Amboy Ave. They are great guys and this is some high quality home-​cooked food… if you’re in the neighborhood, you should try it.
