I ordered a small vanilla cup. When I saw the Indian guy grab the cup & open up the ice cream refrigerator I said «wow that’s a small? Do you have anything smaller» he proceeded to yell «you can’t see look up here are my sizes» I said «excuse me your very rude & I just asked to change cup size b/​c that’s to much ice cream for me (I’m on a diet) he continued to reprimand me like a child «I get this cup and I’m ready to scoop then you change size»… Umm yes I did, I think that’s allowed. Just off of service alone I wouldn’t come here. He didn’t even apologize. Never again.

For me, Carvel is the best. I know that there is other ice creams that are «better», but it doesn’t matter. Why? Well I love soft serve and the taste of their ice cream. So I chalk it up to eating Carvel ice cream after baseball games when I was a kid. It doesn’t matter to me. I love Carvel and they don’t have them in North Carolina! They do sell ice cream cakes at our grocery stores and we get them every birthday! Anyway, this particular Carvel is solid. Nice kids. Huge servings. Tons of sprinkles. The end.
