I have been to some bad vape shops but this takes the cake. First off I was being helped by a 10 year old boy which is not cool. Instead of setting me up to try out a flavor I was told to «drip some on my hand and lick it to get an idea of how it tastes», thanks for trying to feed me poison son. It was a hassle the entire time and the older staff member had to consult the 10 year old about their inventory which is unprofessional. I was also made to wait 10 minutes to purchase a coil I was told they had only to be told after that long wait that they did NOT have it… of course after she consulted the 10 year old.

Cloud Faktory is my favorite Vape Shop around.
The employees are very knowledgeable & helpful.
I was new to vaping & they set me up w/​a nice box/​mod w/​the whole setup. I have been cigarette free for 6 months
I’ve been to other Vape shops but Cloud Faktory has the best juices around and carry tons of exotic juices. If you’re into vaping, I highly recommend Cloud Faktory.

All attention, school of rutgers. This store for cloud factory was very very best ever. Cause I was used it buy a ejuice was very good. Like cinnamon most flavors and any like mixed fruit, soda, candy, whatever but this very good than any store. When I order it ejuice 30 ml fruit a strawberries, raseberry, lemonade this like virgo. You know virgo other store very expensive about 16.99 for 20 ml. Too small. So clouds factory was about 15.99 to 16.99 buts was 30 ml it was great values 10% more than other store 20 ml to below. Please come to clouds factory was beat deal vapor and ejuuce. Lots different kind of thing flavors it. If you had school from rutgers then you can get discounts your member card of rutgers. Best deal. Trust me. I give to them more stars than 5 stars.

I’ve read all the reviews of this vape shop and all were positive. Well this review will be a negative. The only thing that should be worth a star is the person who greeted me at the door (which I don’t think he doesn’t even work there) the person who helped me was more interested in watching Dragon Ball Z. I ask for a juice menu and they didn’t have one. Which was not a problem. I’ll ask for recommendations. He offered some but never asked a follow up question. He was more interested in watching TV then working. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Cool place, friendly knowledgeable and down to earth staff. Looper juice is awesome. Interesting stuff on the TV and a decent seating situation.

First tims here and its an awesome little vape shop in an area where we definitely needed one. Great location right near the sam ash. I cannot say how happy i am to have found a small locally owned shop with an awesome selection of well priced juices, mods and whatever else u need topped with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff

Very helpful and very knowledgeable on all mods and atomizer and juice that they have in stock. If store does not have it they can get it.!. Come and see for yourself …
