No matter what my boyfriend and I order, they always mess it up. They ask 2 – 4 times to repeat order through the speakers, then they need the order another time at the window. The coffee tastes horrible, the service is slow. It’s right next to our house so we go every now and then, but once in the drive thru we always realize we made a mistake going there but we need coffee so bad we stay. Once ordered a mocha cappuccino and got told rudely that«there’s no such thing». Had to explain what it was(very nicely) and still got very rude service.

We have been going to this DD for years. We live right down the block. They messed up our order so many times. There were few times coffee taste like medicine, i guess they used the same filter over and over. Sometime i ask for cheese in my sandwich, I repeat 3 times my order, still no cheese. My husband ask for no bacon, they put bacon in the sandwich. There always something missing or messed up with our order no matter now many times we repeated it. And we drive out in the high way and find it is bad. Cant even ask them to fix it. This DD used to be good, we always think lets give them another chance, maybe repeating our order few times they will get it correct this time. Nope they got it wrong every time.

This dunkin has a super fast drive through. The staff may be all«kids», but they’ve never messed up my oder and are alway friendly. Big plus for me here is that they now offer almond milk.

I am an outside sales rep that frequents DD stores for the use of the free wifi. I literally only stop because of it, and ALWAYS buy something while here. I am currently at this location and there is no WIFI. I went to the counter to alert the staff, and the young man behind the counter looked strangely at me, yawned, rubbed his eyes and walked away. I then went to the order line to alert the order taker. She knew right away(as if this was a routine) and said«yeah I think we have a bad signal». Not the case. I had a full signal. I told her this and she said«oh well we have problems with the internet and walked away». I can tell from experience this location has no interest in allowing its patrons the free wifi use. How could the store do business without internet connection for its POS system? Or multiple other systems? I ONLY purchase for the FREE wifi. Now I have purchased a meal and am using my personal data plan to draft this. Not good business.

Drive-thru is a plus. This one has meat unlike the one farther down in Highland Park, but it doesn’t carry soy. It’s pretty new so it is clean and bright. Very open and the staff is nice. There is more parking here than at the other one too, it is much easier to enter and exit!
