Saved me a lot of money and also made sure that I have all the necessary papers filled out for my shipment. Great service. I will definitely recommend other to this location. The owner was amazingly helpful to me. I had to have a number of important documents notarized and sent via Fed Ex for a real estate closing out of state. I will have them do all my shipping from now on.

same here, I would give this place 10 stars if I could! absolutely love the dude. he has everything from tape to local directions. I’m not from the area it’s my first time shipping here because an item I purchased online that has a prepaid lable for FedEx and this was the closest Fedex. I also bought an industrial sized tape because the one I bought from UPS ran out. I noticed there was a large UPS truck dropping and carrying packages — I will definitely come here had I known (first time) in the future because the UPS near my house in hillsborough lost three of my packages! all in total cost me $ 300 I was selling old textbooks that also had prepaid labels and I know it’s not my fault because the labels for USPS that were mailed simultaneously at the same time arrived and I got paid for it. anyway this place is great. hands down. he even gave me a receipt. everyone should come here because the dude is super nice and also very helpful and attentive and what I love is how honest he is. trust is everything in business and you can definitely trust this place to handle all your packages because of the attention to detail this man has.

So let me start by saying that if I could give this place 6 stars I would do it. They deserve 6 stars. As every other review has stated the customer service is great. But here is why I would give them the 6^th star.
I have shipped from many sources, and when prices start to really go up are when you ask them to pack or ship that tricky item. I went to this UPS store near me and they couldn’t care less about box size or saving me money. Also, I always felt they were cheating me and I did figure out they had lied to me in the past, and I never trusted them. Of course this UPS store has a Unilocal average of 1 star. Draw your own conclusions. Edison Pack and Ship showed me how a professional with shipping knowledge can save you a fortune. The UPS store near me quoted $ 375. They told me that their rates are fixed and the same at all UPS stores… Not True! Edison pack and ship charged a total of $ 129, and I insisted he take more for the packing time.
First the owner knew immediately what size box he had to use to avoid a $ 60 surcharge. He cut 3″ off one dimention and saved me money. He knew the mix of packing materials and had a good sense of how to arrange things to not only have things arrive safely but keep me away from extra costs. He also put the 2 parts of this water fountain in the same box arranging them so they would not damage each other and using proper materials so as to save weight, cost, and have a safe arrival. He carefully wrapped everything in that thin plastic film so the packing materials wouldn’t break and enter the item causing some clean up or less padding on arrival.
While he did this whole project I enjoyed a Bagel form next door which he told me was ok to bring in the shop while he packed and determined a price.
I am moving a bit out of the area, but not to far, and this is my shipper of choice now for everything. I never was actually happy with a shipper before, but these people know their stuff, save you money, and are very very friendly.

Excellent service at Edison Pack and Ship! Steve has gone out of his way to help me more than once shipping difficult packages. He is knowledgable about international shipping as well as domestic. Ive had only good experiences at this store. Thanks!

The hours are good, so unless you work super late, you should be able to catch them to do a last minute shipment. Their service is wonderful — their staff is friendly and they will call you when your project/​poster is ready. Their prices are OK: trimming a presentation poster — $ 12. Also their location is good and they have parking near by. They advertise being able to speak a good number of languages if necessary, which I think is cool.

The folks at Edison Pack and Ship in Edison are wonderful in every way. Professional and just so darn friendly. I needed to ship a large, framed drawing to a gallery in Tampa, FL. Steve took the time to measure and check for best pricing, which meant he had to build a box in a box for best protection. I rarely feel so confident when shipping my artwork and I certainly wasn’t expecting someone to take so much time and effort to save me money. I plan to be a life long customer!

AMAZING! SO happy to know this place is in business. I had had some shipping problems in the past using many different carriers in the Edison area. Then I found Edison Pack & Ship.
Professional yet totally friendly warm and inviting. I had to ship basically my whole life out to California as I was moving for a new job. The customer service was outstanding. I felt like I was talking to friend of mine in the shipping businesses. The packages arrived in record time and everything was perfectly accounted for. Steve was really great because he completely broke down all of the pricing and ways that I could ship everything. He helped to save me money and I felt better about the safety of my items in the end. I had a detailed breakdown of each item I shipped (never had that from another FedEx office anywhere). Super helpful and knowledgeable. From Wall Street to Main Street, definitely ship here!

The owners of this store are extrememly helpful and nice. You can buy unique cards and gifts in this store and ship them right then and there. They helped us save money shipping items we had left over from a move. They are my new go to place. Thanks!
