Jos. A. Bank

The only thing I dislike more than shopping is shopping for clothing. But I needed to do just that and So I put it off until the last possible minute. I came in to Jos A Bank in Edison for a suit today that I need to wear to a wedding tomorrow. The staff at didn’t bat an eyelash at my rush request. I immediately began trying suits on. I had no idea of my size but the Manager, Bob, accurately sized me up the second he looked at me; it was almost eerie. Karen has a great eye for color and she helped me to find the perfect shirt and tie to go with my new suit. She showed me ties I never would have thought of and helped me to find just the right one. I was in and out quickly and never felt rushed.
My biggest thanks are to Arnesto, the tailor. He not only altered the pants for my suit the same day, he told me to go out for a cup of coffee and then come back to pick it up. He did so to save me a trip back. That’s amazing customer service and my hat is off to him for his quick and accurate tailoring job.
I have to also send my thanks to Sam who works at the Westfield store. She was friendly and very helpful. She called ahead to the Edison store to let them know I had a rush job coming in, so a huge thanks to Sam, also.
Prices at Jos A Bank are seriously discounted. I didn’t realize that the items we picked out were on sale and thought I was about to spend about $ 1.000 on clothes. I was pleasantly surprised when my total bill rang up to under $ 500! You can’t beat that.
It was a pleasure to meet all of the staff at Jos A Bank. I may not ever enjoy clothes shopping, but now I know it can be stress free and easy once you’ve found the right store.
