No heat in the room (or thermostat), no hot water for the shower, cable box didn’t work, and no one would answer the phone in the office. Would have been better to just sleep in my car.

Worst case of bedbugs ever, got bitten literally everywhere, my face, my neck, my ears, my shoulders, my back, my chest, my arms, my hands, my legs, my feet, and even in extremely sensitive places! It just got worst over the week, and all they said was «what are we going to do?», and claimed that they couldn’t get in to exterminate the bugs because I was inside the room (they could have just knocked and I would have let them in!) I was bleeding even after tubes of anti-​itch cream! Avoid it at all costs!
