This review is for Francesca who works at the MAC counter in Macy’s. To put it in short terms… She is amazing! She knew just what lipstick pick out for me and knew exactly what she was talking about! She was so nice and helpful with everything and explained it all. Plus her makeup is always done beautifully! I can’t wait to go back to her and get my makeup done! RECOMEND HER TO EVERYONE!!!
&& there was also two other employes that I did not catch the names of (a guy & girl) which were fantastic and a joy to talk too! Such wonderful staff! :)

This review is for Natalie who works at the Mac counter in Macy’s. She recently did the makeup for all the girls at my wedding, including the mothers, and everyone came out looking absolutely stunning! I had a Great Gatsby/1920’s themed wedding, and she really made my vision come to life with those smokey eyes. I feel my eyes have never looked and will never look again, as green as they did on my wedding day due to Natalie’s amazing makeup artist skills. She also did everything in record time and everyone felt absolutely beautiful. I wish I could use her for all my outings! I completely recommend!

I’ve been over to the Mac counter at Macy’s in Menlo Park Mall twice in the last week. The first day I got a little help choosing a red lipstick and a lipliner. Then I realized, I NEVER use regular pencil liner, so I wound up going BACK to return it all. They graciously helped return the items and proceeded to help me find a great set of eyeshadows and mascara for my wedding day makeup.
Janelle helped me and she listened, asked if I was comfortable with what she was showing me. She knew her stuff and was really helpful. She was also patient! It was nice talking to her and she worked really well with my particular skin color and concerns.
I highly recommend going to Mac and checking out what they have, their products are a GREAT value and very good quality. The representatives I’ve spoken to were really helpful and catered to my needs. Despite being busy at times I’ve found them to be really understanding and nice, too. I wound up buying all my wedding eye shadow, long-​lasting lip color mascara and a makeup brush today.
So, good stuff.
