Worst service here EVER… Ready to walk out. Its a shame that most pizza huts lately have been the same.

Ordered take out. one large with sausage and spinach and one medium pizza. looks like they just threw the spinach on top of the pizza and the cheese was overdone. Very disappointed in the food tonight

I usually dont like fastfood pizza but went in and had stuff crust pizza! Was soooo good! I think all pizza should be stuff crust… ususally i would agree with most other reviews of the fastfood pizza places… BUT STUFF CRUST IS AWSOME!

My family loves pizza but it had been years since we had Pizza Hut (we didn’t live close to one until recently). I decided to stop in for some pizza to go and the place was relatively empty. I guess I now know why. I got home and our pizza was just not good. The sauce was very salty and acidic. We were all left with a bad taste in our mouth and heartburn. Needless to say, we will never be having Pizza Hut again. It’s a shame too because I remember loving it as a kid.

I asked on the phone for the 7.99 pizza he said it dosen’t exist it’s for 11.99. so I got the medium for 6.99. I went on the website and saw the 7.99 large. I called back and they say they can’t change the order. I explain to the desk what happened. they lie and say I asked for 2 large pizzas. and, the pizza tasted like crap.

Pizza Hut is a childhood favorite so even in my adult life I rarely turn it down if it’s offered to me as a dining option, whether or not I am on a diet. In other words I will make an exception for pizza hut no matter what. Unfortunately the staff at this location is not the brightest. We were recommended to order the box for. $ 10.99 which includes a medium pizza and ten bread sticks. We ordered the supreme and ten cheesey bread sticks and devoured it when it arrived ten minutes later. We were marveling about the experience until we saw the bill. We were charged $ 15.99 for the box. When we inquired she apologetically said «yea I forgot to tell you dat the supreme pizza is $ 3 extra». Did you pass grade school math, sweetheart? We were charged an extra $ 5, not $ 3. And when did you realize it was an extra charge and when were you going to let us know? We decided to keep it classy and not cause a scene. Will not be going back to that location.

This pizza hut gave me the creeps! The salad bar looked horrid. The carrots looked spoiled along with everything else lettuce, tomatoes ect. Our waitress was very nice but she was bringing everything out one at a time. We were a very large group of about 16 and she was bringing the appetizers out one by one the pitchers one by one ect. I suppose they aren’t used to accommodating groups that large but it was a bit inconvenient. Wings and pizza were pretty good but this place needs remodeling asap!

Wow. I would recommend this place for you to eat if I actually hated your guts. First, the staff. Our «waiter» was a young Hispanic gentleman with the worst fade I’ve ever seen in my life. Very unprofessional. Seriously, he worked as if he didn’t want to make any tips at all. He should be gone. You need to teach these «waiters» a thing or two about customer service. Our table was dirty, he put paper mats on EVERY single table except for ours. We ordered the dinner box for 20 bucks. So the way how it works is, you get two 1 topping pizzas and a pasta. We asked if we can just get both toppings on one pie and have the other one plain. Not a horrible or crazy request. He looked at us as if we had three eyes on our head and didn’t even bother to see if that was possible. I seriously was about to smack this kid and I might just go back to spit in his face sometime. We waited 45 minutes before we just decided to leave and not once did he come back to tell us where our food was or what the hold up was. We were the only ones in there. So after waiting nearly an hour, we got up, paid for our drinks and just left.
I have two pictures to prove this– there was a fucking fly walking around INSIDE our parmesean shaker. It was sitting in there shaking around with white crust all over it. I gave it to our waiter and he still didn’t come back.
Corporate needs to come in, fire the whole entire staff. The kitchen is run by a bunch of animals and they have idiots serving customers.

1.5 stars I’ve never dined in here but the couple times I’ve ordered take out the floors were filthy and the staff was totally unprofessional. The lunch buffet area was also small and looked like a sloppy mess. The delivery minimum is $ 15 and they have a $ 3 delivery charge. The only good thing about this place is the ease of ordering online and the stuffed crust pizza.

My immediate reaction — WHAT KIND OF STUPID PEOPLE DO YOU HIRE? I ordered delivery and had the worst experience ever! The assistant manager Joyce is the most rude human being I have ever encountered. My delivery was over an hour late and when I called to complain, she gave me severe attitude. She constantly lied to me about having the wrong number and was like «do you want your order or not?» Seriously, what kind of customer service is that?! I called the next day and the manager put a $ 35.00 credit on my number, but still I was extremely upset and annoyed. Then when I called to place an order using my credit, the individuals still couldn’t understand anything… I guess if I spoke spanish that would fix the problem. HELLO, you are in America therefore speak ENGLISH! UGH! Anyway, when I placed my order no one knew how to do the credit and I had to repeat my order twice and my phone number 5 times. I guess stupid people are the only ones they employ. My advice — don’t ever go to this restaurant, they have shitty customer service, a horrible staff, and everything takes 20 years to be ordered and delivered. I am NEVER going to order from this place again, and I am telling everyone I know not to go there!!!

Standard fast food pizza. Dont know how the dining room is, but delivery is quick and convient when i dont feel like cooking dinner for myself and boyfriend

I used to love PIzza Hut when I was a kid. I used to come here all the time. Now the service is absolutely horrendous. It is as if they have given up. Tables are sticky. Pizza is nowhere near the quality it used to be. Food takes too long to come out and the employees just lounge around doing a whole lot of nothing while you wait too long for service.

Long waiting time at the pick up window, astonishing when you see plenty of employees walking around eating ‘something’ that looks like a pizza slice but caring less for the car in the drive-​thru — each waiting for the other guy to attend. Pizza was very dry though I ordered my otherwise fav — Pan w/​Onion & Green pepper toppings. Have to rethink another place– Papa Johns is a little farther (for me, in Highland Park) but I think would be a better bet. (Take out on Sat 4÷10÷10)
