The billing manager removed the error from the credit report 6⁄2015. The reason they sent the account to collection was because the insurance company accidentally over paid them and then took money back after the fact. I never owed this Dr. Any money. They were paid in full, the contracted amount by insurance and then attempted to illegally collect additional money that they were not owed. When dealing with this office use caution.

Absolutely agree with the previous reviewer. The doctors are great but the front desk is pretty bad. No flexibility or concern for the patient. I work for a doctor and we handle patients differently.
