Note: I am reviewing the after-​hours dodgeball portion only.
This place is definitely great for kids. I think the ten-​year-​old me would have an absolute blast jumping around on the trampolines. And honestly, even twenty-​seven-​year old me felt like a kid again jumping around for dodgeball. In fact, that was the problem; I wish I could’ve jumped around more like the kids get to do!
Dodgeball begins at 10pm when Rebounderz technically «closes.» From 10 – 12 you get to play unlimited dodgeball! There are two courts, 5-​on-​5. For the first hour, I had a really great time. It also helped that I was celebrating my friend’s boyfriend’s birthday with twenty other people. Everyone was laughing, and all-​in-​all I quite enjoyed myself. Be warned: You get surprisingly sweaty.
The staff is also extremely friendly. There are ref’s for the dodgeball games, so while it’s fun and not a serious sport, there’s no cheating! We were all of varying levels of athletic ability, and no one felt ostracized or unable to participate. If you want to sit and take a break you can, or if you want to play for the entire two hours (as long as there is a court available), you can too. It’s up to you.
My complaint is that I wish you could do other things, at least for the last half hour. For instance, I wish we could’ve just jumped around on the trampolines or jumped into the pit. I get that I signed up for dodgeball and that’s what we did, but having other options would make it even more fun.

Sorry, but I can’t lie. I’m a fan of Rebounderz.
I can see why people want to hate on it, but if you really break it down, these guys put out a good product, managed by a competent staff, and governed by rules that both keep order and keep people safe.
Can you break your neck here? Absolutely. And if you do, it’s on you. So buyer beware. Don’t let your kids behave like morons and everyone will likely go home without the need for a wheelchair.
While Rebounderz might attract a few riff-​raffy knuckleheads here and there, it’s generally patronized by adults with young children who simply want to bounce. Birthday parties appear to be their specialty, and there’s no shortage of them going on at any given point. We attended one here, and the staff was great, and the kids all had a blast. What’s even nicer is that there’s two of every major bouncing attraction — one set aside for parties, and one for free play. I actually recommend coming in for free play than a birthday party because there’s generally less people hogging up the apparatus. Your kids will bounce themselves into oblivion in less than hour.
For free play, you’ll pay by the hour. $ 17 per child. What’s nice is that when you come in, they round up to the next half hour and only then begin your hour of play. We arrived at 3:05pm and got to bounce until 4:30pm. (That includes signing the waiver and watching the safety video.)
The people who work here are very attentive and generally don’t tolerate any breaking of the rules, of which there are many. As a parent of a 5 and 7-​year old, this totally works for me. It serves to wrangle the occasional oversized dad who gets a little too into bouncing with the kids on the trampolines. (Likely having consumed several adult beverages, if my last trip here was any indication.)
Two super-​happy kids. 90 minutes of bouncing. Both sound asleep a good half-​hour before their normal bedtime.
Yeah, I’d buy that for $ 34.
TIPS:
— Check out free play during Sunday afternoon football hours and you’ll have the place to yourself.
— Go online and print and sign the waiver before you get there. It will save a ton of time.
— Bring water, or be willing to pay for it. There’s a concession stand on site that won’t totally rape you, but why pay a premium?
— The pizza at the stand actually comes from a local pizzeria, so if you’re hungry, it’s actually not that bad.
— Spend your money on the trampolines, not the arcade games.
— Dads: Bring a flask.

I think someone mentioned that this is a place for kids and not thrill seeking adults, and while that is true, I still can say that I had a good time. It’s not like you have to dodge kids when you’re actually there so it’s not something you really need to worry about. I went on a Saturday and it really wasn’t that crowded. I was thinking it would be along the lines of a Chuck E Cheese but I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t. The arcade was one of those small ones that wasn’t anything too special but I am pretty sure that’s not why most people visit here anyway so it does not really matter. Let me just say that if they had this place when I was 10 years old, it would be the best place on Earth to me because it is a lot of fun.

More than half of the activities were closed. Rules are too strict that it becomes not fun anymore due to the strictness. The rules went way past safety precautions to just down right stupidity. One worker reeked of marajuana, eyes were blood shot red, and was clearly high. Very inappropriate for a business meant for little kids. Would not recommend to a friend– EVER.

I had my son’s 6^th birthday party here and everyone had a blast! The staff was friendly and attentive to the kids. Everyone enjoyed the party. We have also walked in on other days for a jump session. It’s a fun way to break up a day and tire out a kid. :)

You have to pay an additional $ 3 for their socks… A little warm in there. They did add another set of trampolines for little kids; makes it so much easier and spacious for jumping. Very fun.
Staff has no personality and does not assist in making it a fun environment.

I came to give a good review only to see a bunch of negative ones. Oh well, my experience was nothing but great. I was particularly impressed with the work of the two young folks who did all the work during my nephew’s birthday party. Although they were so young, their behavior was very pleasant and professional at all times. I was so impressed I gave both of them a tip. Actually, every employee there acted professional at all time on the trampolines, foam pit and basketball court.
My first impression of the business wasn’t good, though. When I first arrived, one of the employees parked the Rebounderz company car right outside the entrance, effectively blocking one of two lanes. I would not have cared but he left just one lane open for all traffic to and from the rear parking lot. That caused traffic, inconveniencing everyone. And raising the likelihood of an accident. I would give 4 stars instead of 5 because of that, but I’ll be nice and let him slide. The folks inside deserve 5.

This place is OK but it ain’t cheap. About $ 36 for an hour for two children and that’s with using two $ 3 off coupons. Also, they require you to purchase their special state of the art «Rebounderz» socks with a patented no slip bottom (they are hospital socks folks!) I have to say that most of the reviews here are pretty accurate in the sense that they are very strict when enforcing the rules. No back flips, no double jumping, no running, no profanities, no horseplay… the list goes on. The staff use whistles to get your attention and they aren’t shy about using them. They also carry around a small ring with color coded cards… almost like soccer referees. If you get a «yellow card» you’ve been warned. A «red card»; you can pack your bags because you just got booted. I guess they need to be strict because this place is an accident waiting to happen. The area where the bouncing takes place is normally monitored by two employees that are inside the jumping zone. The problem is there are several small square trampolines to jump on but everyone more or less have free reign of the entire area. So a six year old is potentially jumping directly next to a 200 pound high school football linebacker. The foam pit area allows you to propel yourself off of a trampoline and info a foam pit simulating a swimming pool. The foam pieces don’t look like they’ve ever been replaced so who knows what bacteria is lurking inside. They also have an arcade off to the side for your kids to blow their allowances on as well. All in all Rebounderz is a one time experience if you ask me. My kids were ready to leave after an hour of jumping.

It is a really fun place for anyone old or young, but I had a big problem with wait time. I went with three friends, we’re all in our 20’s, and we were told maybe a half hour, a bit more a bit less. After and hour and 20 minutes I had to speak with someone. A woman who worked at the register told us she was sorry and would talk to a manager, she was accommodating. We were called in 10 more minutes, and hour and a half after we got there. We got reduced admission and we did not have to pay for the $ 3 socks you have to buy either. Basically this is a fun place, but do the call ahead, esp. if you have young kids, or you will most likely have to wait entirely too long!

Originally I wasn’t planning on giving rebounderz a review however, I saw another review on here and changed my mind. All the staff when I was here on Friday with my family were very nice and helpful & my kids had a great time. I’m giving this place 5 stars because they don’t discriminate against their staff (pregnant or otherwise). As long as that person does their job & is polite while doing it, that should be all that matters.

I enjoyed the place but it helps to keep things in mind. The folks take the rule serious so follow them. They have lockers so bring a lock and secure your belongings. We went first thing on a Saturday and it was practically empty and we had a great time. I would likely not have had as good a time of the place was packed or if I forgot my lock to secure the belongings. I think this may be too much for little kids, especially if it’s crowded. The food is disgusting reheated frozen pizza other assorted crappy food people tend to feed to their children. Do yourself a favor and try one of the many great places to eat in the area.

Waste of money waste of time ! Do NOT go here WORST place i ever been. Worst service my friends and i got into a argument with the people that work there. Do not waste your time here. If i could give no stars i would. I am suprised that this place is still in buisness. Wouldnt be suprised if it got shut down. 0 stars

Highly recommend for a good night out! The only reason I am not giving it a 5 is because they are a little disorganized.

You could be 12 or 27 (like myself) and youd enjoy jumpin around in this place.
The time goes by pretty quickly, but you might just emjoy that because this is much harder than it looks. If you bounce as high as i do, and do the flips and as much jumping as i did – youll deff get a work out. Theres a section just for basketball, which was pretty cool. Im short so being able to dunk off a trampline was sick. Theres also an option to jump off of a trampline into a foam pit. Loved this, but hated trying to get out of this. It basically sucked you in.
Over all, i enjoyed it. Theyre pretty strict about time, no running and other rules they have. They make you buy the socks there which were about $ 5 which sucks but they come in handy. I hated how there isnt much parking in the front and how you have to pay $ 3 for a locker to store youre stuff.

This place is extremely strict! Be ready to adhere to the rules or they will either punish the children by making them watch the instructional video again several times over or by kicking you out! Horrible feeling they try to give the kids/​parents. I have never been to a place like this thats supposed to be «fun» try to scare the children into not having fun. The staff literally will be eyeing you like a HAWK to make sure no rules are broken. Its like a juvenile detention center! We all had fun but geez! The arcade is probably the best arcade I’ve ever seen. all of the kids left with TONS of prizes. At Most arcades you end up loosing all your money to only come out with one crappy toy so that was a plus. The food at the concession stand is descent certainly edible. Overall place is ok. Staff was descent just very young.

This has to be thee worst place I’ve ever taken my daughter to. We came here for a bday party and arrived half an hour late due to traffic and the living an hour away. I was taking my daughter and her two cousins as well as their parents to the party. After I fill out the waiver for my daughter and I, and her cousins, we all go to the front to see what else we had to do. Alyssa G who was the girl that was at the front was extremely rude and had an attitude the entire time. She stated that by the time we arrived we only had 15 min to use it for the bday party and wouldn’t be able to do it since it had to be a half an hour. I explain to her that we were stuck In traffic and that we live an hour away if there’s anything we can do for the kids to atleast go in and play with the bday party. She looks at us with no sympathy while the kids are looking as if there going to cry and says no. We will have to watch the remaining party play. As we are standing talking about the situation to some of the bday party group, the guy supervising tells us we can actually pay for the 20 MINUTES that were remaining.
NOW this is atleast 15 maybe 20 min of going back and forth and waiting for MS ALYSA to check our waivers and place out license numbers in the system and tell us that there was only 15 min left which was a lie. I go back to the front and tell her what the guy had said in which she just stares at me and continues to say that we had to be there once the part started or atleast a half an hour after which we were there! I become so frustrated and with the kids crying I just ask her can I pay anything for them to play which she says sure. Now if you see kids upset would you not share this piece of information as soon as we arrived why wait for so much time! To make matters worse she states all the kids have to watch a safety video. I ask can the kids watch the video while we pay. Of course not! Why would she show any kind of sympathy or an ounce of customer service! Why would she even help us??? She’s too busy rolling her eyes and giving us attitude. The kids are forced to be on our side while we pay then watch a video.
Omar who was helping out with the party was amazing. Even after the place ran out of pizza. But besides that I would of been better off staying home. I would of saved an hour of being stuck in traffic and not wanting to beat the crap out of Alyssa for all the attitude and making my daughter and cousins worthless.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. As soon as I came in these people treated me like I was a child. I showed my id to validate that I am over 18. After that I went to go jump, it was cool then I went to go play basketball. Then this place went downhill.
There is 4 basketball hoops, my friends and I (group of 7 – 8) asked to play in the other 2 hoops because there was young children playing in the other 2) then I asked the worker if he can get someone so we can play on the other 2 hoops and he disrespectfully looked at me and turned away. Then I tapped his shoulder and said sir can you get someone on these 2. And he said «no» in the biggest attitude. After that I didn’t even want to be here. Then I was leaving and the guy in the front FLIPPED us off! Middle finger! Horrible this place is horrible. Go to bounce on it! Much better trampoline «house»
I actually made a Unilocal account only to make this review, that is how horrible this place is. 17/​hr is a rip off. Bounce on it charges 18 for a hour and a half. You cannot play dodge ball here any time, at bounce on it you can play dodge ball at any time and their basketball hoop is much better. Do not waste your money here!

This place is different and fun but more for kids. They have an arcade, food, basketball court, and a place for the parents to chill. When you buy your ticket you get three activities to do. The bouncing, the foam out, and two basketball hoops.
It was different. Wish I knew that you get tired from jumping so quick. Didn’t even stay the full hour that was paid for. Non the less… I had a great time. Would come back but definitely prepared to jump a lot and do it for 30 min.

I’m 23 years old and I did my first back flip at Rebounderz! That alone warrants gold stars.
If you’re an adult and looking to have some fun, this is a great place to go. Trampolines aren’t just for kids! I bought an hour of jump time and it was just enough. I got tired really fast. I could definitely see this being a regular work out for some. Bring your own socks or you’ll have to buy them here. You need them for the special jump shoes they give you.
They have a couple sections. One is just a bunch of trampolines, another has a foam pit, another has a basketball hoop. There’s also an arcade.
The foam pit was my favorite part. Jump in and do whatever awesome air moves and land safely in foam. No one mentions how HARD it is to get out of the foam though. There’s gonna be a line at the foam pit but they let you go two at a time. Watch out for those little ones though!
Side note — There is NO AC. They just have huge fans. So prepare to sweat!
