The Head-Quarters II

Worst experience at a Barber Shop I’ve ever had. I stopped in today in the afternoon as my office is a mile away from here. This was my first time here and I will make sure that everybody I know never steps foot in this place. So I walked in this place and two people were waiting, so I asked the two unfriendly looking barbers how long the wait was. Neither acknowledged me. So I asked politely again and the one barber said something but it wasn’t clear. I asked for a 3^rd time and he said «he’s not sure.» I laughed and walked out. I’ve been going to barber shops my whole life and I’m normally loyal to one. I recently moved into this area and I couldn’t believe how I was treated. Especially in an empty craphole such as this one!

I’m visiting New Jersey and I’m looking for a good barbershop so I search on Unilocal and this place comes up. So I think to myself OK it’s got five stars but only one review, but I’m sure it’s fine. How wrong I was. I walk into the barbershop and there are already three people waiting ahead of me; nobody acknowledges me when I walk in — so I don’t really know what the protocol is… nevertheless I sit down.
There are two Barbers working on a Tuesday afternoon which, in and of itself is not bad but when you have a room full of people waiting for their haircut you would think that maybe telling the patrons that it only be another 15 minutes or 20 minutes or even 30 minutes would be appropriate, or even speed up the haircut a little, but not here. After waiting for over one hour I finally got tired of waiting and I left.
I can’t really comment on the quality of the barbers or the haircut but I can definitely comment on the customer service. I can assure you that I will not be coming here again. I’m left with a head full of head, a bad impression and I’m hungry. My search for a barbershop continues.

Clean, sharp cuts. The barbers are cool and know what they’re doing. They also sell great gel products and shave gel. If your around the area check them out!
