I have never seen people so rude and nasty before in my life! I have been a verizon wireless customer for 12 years now and in that time I have never been treated so bad! I walked into this location, to make a purchase, YESMAKE A PURCHASE, and this experience was beyond frustrating! I asked to purchase the glass screen protector and then followed by asking if there was any warranty on it, the guy looks at me, rolls his eyes and with a mean look says«There is NO warranty on this at all!!» so I said okay, well what happens if anything happens to it? and he says it’s not my problem. I stayed patient and then said ok well is this the best one that you have and again with a dirty look and an eye roll he says«No, but the other one is $ 45» so I said okay, and I can afford that! Patiently I asked well can you please make sure that there wont be any bubbles when you put it on, and I guess that little request«annoyed him» so he says, «NOWEHAVENOGUARANTEES» I got so angry with his tone and said GETYOURMANAGER! Manager comes out, and so rudely says the same thing. I stopped him and said«I’m sorry but first off you need to tell your employees to not be rude to your customers…» then the sales person said«Who me?» started laughing and began to put the screen protector away and was just as rude as the manager! I can tell why the employees are SOHORRIBLE, they have a «GREAT» role model! I walked out and said don’t worry corporate will get a call(and they did!!!) I went to the Woodbridge location after and they were so nice to me, I walked out with a huge smile on me face and called Corporate back and told them how wonderful they were in WOODBRIDGE NEVERGOTOTHISLOCATION, THEYARESORUDEANDUNPROFESSIONAL!!!

What a bunch of sheisters! Let me begin that I use prepaid because of no contract and I don’t need 1 billion gigs of internet due to WiFi at work and home. I went there to buy a new phone I was interested in and they wanted $ 30 above the internet price, saying that the internet price is for a new line of service? But this is prepaid, no contracts, you buy a phone, if it breaks, you pay the prepaid phone price. Than I was told if I had my current phone for over a year, they’d honor the online price of $ 69 but access a dirty dollar fee. I told the associate that I activated my current phone online myself and has no charge. So he told me go ahead and do that. What a jerk.

I recently went into this location to add 2 more lines to my account(I had 3 devices before I walked in). I worked with Anthony to purchase a Note 3 and an HTC One M8, which would be switched to my # so my iPhone could go to one of the new lines. While Anthony was extremely patient with all of the questions my parents and I asked, he also completely screwed up the lines and which phones they went to. He also never returned the little sim card pins to either of the new phones, so now I can’t insert an SD card. Considering how long it took Anthony to switch the numbers on the phone, I’m VERY unhappy with how my experience turned out. I spent time with customer service to correct the issue, and now I’ll have to wait to install the SD card. Not sure how other customers have fared in this particular store, but I’m left with the sense that they half ass everything. DONOTGOTOTHISLOCATION.
