This is the worst pharmacy ever. It’s a shame I even have to give them 1 star to make this review post. They deserve –5 stars.

Quite possibly the worst staff I have ever seen. Lazy, uneducated. And unapologetic are just words to describe my recent and last visit. Went there to use up the $ on my fsa card and bought something that didn’t qualify. I asked the cashier to void the item and she had to call the manager to void. After waiting over ten minutes for the manager I decided it would be quicker just to buy the item and return it using cash. I paid 12.99 giving the clerk $ 20 so the change was $ 7.01. I left the change on counter and said you can just give me back my $ 20 when you return it. She returned the item and said I owed her a penny. I said it’s right here, $ 7.01. She said but that’s your change you still need a penny or I have to give you $ 19.99. Looking confused I said I’m I missing something here because $ 7.01 + $ 12.99 = $ 20. She insisted the numbers didn’t add up. This is why this staff is totally uneducated. She finally got mad and said fine here is your $ 20! She made the mistake and was getting ticked at me. I will never go here again. RFN# 0487−6716−5392−1312−3103

So their Rent-A-Pharmacist thought it would be a good idea to inject my seasonal flu vaccine without clearing the needle/syringe of air bubbles. Shortly after the injection, I began having excruciating pain in my arm. I get the shot every year and typically will have mild to moderate soreness for about two days-so this is NOT normal. I am now resting uncomfortably under the influence of Percocet, which I would’ve preferred to be able to use exclusively for a recent sports injury, but no such luck so long as I want to be able to sit on the couch without crying and clutching my left arm. Sure enough, I google air bubbles & syringes, and learn that if air bubbles are present it can cause severe pain! Idiot. I’m pretty sure kids learn this step when they’re playing doctor in kindergarten. To top off my visit, I also asked an employee up front where the nail polish was. She replied, and I quote, «eeeverywhere»…as she lifted her arms toward the ceiling in a rainbow motion. The place is full of geniuses, let me tell you.

Walgreens came out with a 20 Free 4×6 photo offer per customer. When orders were placed, the store arbitrarily changed their offer to one per household. How about one per city or state? Either do NOT offer teasers or have the guts to honour it. OTC prices are anyhow ridiculously higher than others. Do Not expect an offer to be honored until you have the product on your hand.
