This morning I just had a terrible experience. My year old car had both mirrors bent back the wrong way. I called my on board assist system to see if there was a way to reset them. They told me to go to the dealership, which I did immediately. The said they were not just bent back but damaged. Then they saw the fender damage. I tried calling the car wash number 4 times… no answer. When I went back the attendent was not there. I have to turn the damage into my insurance company now. I hope they get to the manager of the car wash and it gets resolved

My car was damaged as a result of a recent wash. The attendants completed an incident report and informed me that the damage would be addressed in 48 hours. The owner’s name are John Haynes Reynolds and john Reynolds Sr., from Muskogee. They will NEVER return a phone call or respond to a request from a customer. Their employees at their «office» are trained not to give out phone numbers, email addresses, or any manner to reach the them. Wash there at your own risk and hope that you don’t encounter a problem. My wash cost $ 200 after I had to pay for the repair. There are certainly higher quality car wash companies with professional management in Edmond to use. Go somewhere else.
