This is the type of bookstore I could spend all day in. It’s like stumbling into someone’s old stash of books, on shelves made of cinderblocks and strips of unfinished wood. It feels like a travel through the history of the printing press. The staff was friendly and helpful, locating the book I was looking for with ease. That took all of five minutes– I spent the rest of the time I was there browsing. I was so excited to see all these super old books– they had an entire section full of «vintage books» that had everything from children’s books printed in the sixties to textbooks so old they were held together by rubber bands. Nothing glamorous, but a joy for any book lover, especially old books. My favorite part of the visit is when I overheard a little boy ask for The Magic Tree House books and announce that they were«my favorite quality reading».

Great place to get books. Lots to choose from. Wish I had more time to browse around.
