For the couple of times I’ve been to this AT&T, a bad experience has not yet to be had. Each time, I’ve been placed in line and called over fairly quickly, never more than a 10 minute wait. Last time, I came in to replace my phone, and Jordan definitely knew his stuff. In a reasonable amount of time, I had a new phone, screen protector, and case. He also helped me through getting my new phone prepped to download the new upgrade. Fairly easy, but I felt better doing this process in store. Overall, an A-OK experience and about what I would expect from a cell phone store!

This is the worst experience of customer service from AT&T that I have ever had. The salesperson acted as though we were bothering him by asking questions about the next plan vs 2 year contract. He didn’t even look in the inventory of other stores like I had asked to see if they have the Galaxy Note for that I was looking for. We will end up going to the store on Broadway and 33rd and had a very excellent service provided to us by salesperson Lonnie. Lonnie saved this sale for AT&T. Thank you Lonnie! I suggest everyone go to the store on 33rd and Broadway and stay away from 2nd Street in Edmond.

This is the absolute worst AT&T store I’ve ever been to. It’s a Saturday so a wait is to be expected, but to be told the wait would only be 30 – 40 minutes with 5 people in front of us and sit for an hour and a half is inexcusable. While waiting, two employees left and no new employees returned. So it went from 5 employees down to three with four people in front of us. Great. Three people down, we’re getting closer! Two, hooray! Then, after the long, exhausting wait, we’re next. I can’t tell you how exciting it is to see you name as next on the board — especially after an hour and a half. Then, magic happens, the two employees that have been held up have both customers leave. We get up, expecting to be helped, but, much to our dismay, they(the two employees) and a manager huddle together and start to goof off and joke. Right in front of us. They stand there huddled for a solid two minutes and then all of them leave to go to the back. They never return.* Another five-seven minute wait and a new employee comes out of the magic door. We finally get helped. Yay. It shouldn’t take an hour and a half to buy a phone. It’s not like we need help choosing — research can be done at the comfort of your home. Worst AT&T store ever. That is, unless you like wasting your Saturday afternoon. *still didn’t return after we finished our transaction.
