I had my membership for a couple months, but decided to cancel for the summer time. I called the store and they told me they would cancel it for me and when my last day to tan was. A month later, my account was charged again. I called cooperate who informed me that the store could not cancel and I would be charged, even after an employee told me it was cancelled.
I did enjoy At The Beach’s tanning beds, it was always clean. Their customer service is poor. The employees would always try to push a new lotion when I went in, even when I had recently bought a lotion from them.
Do NOT recommend.
