Do yourself a favor and stay away! We had a party here recently and wish we would have done something else. We didn’t realize you couldn’t bring in outside food or drink and the drink options they have are not good. They basically sell you tap water, soda pop and very limited juice options. It’s frustrating when you have an ice chest full of healthy drinks they won’t let you bring in the facility. Finally they let us pay $ 45 to bring in our drinks and pizza. One of the staff members was very unfriendly and made the experience much worse than it could have been. Thankfully the staff member that helped with our party was much nicer.

I’ve had multiple experiences with Bouncin Craze. The first party we had several pieces of equipment that were non-functional. For example the blow up throne in the party room had to continually be blown up(had a leak). I wouldn’t have thought anything of it except a friend said she booked her party there a month before and the same throne was deflating then too. A couple of the bigger bouncy toys weren’t working either. The second party we had there the bigger bouncy toys were fine. However we ordered pizza that should have fed all the children. We were told there were 12 slices per large pizza. However the staff cut 8 slices per pizza and served it before we could count slices. This left kids upset and one crying because they didn’t get to eat. The staff finally offered hot dogs but by the time the hot dogs were ready we were on to the cake. The owner was rude about this whole thing and couldn’t comprehend why this was upsetting. It wasn’t that big of a deal but it became one do to the lack of professionalism. Needless to say we won’t be back. Our party cost almost $ 300 — we should have gotten exactly what we paid for… or at least an apology. Addition: I appreciate Bouncin Craze’s response but I want to be clear — they OFFERED two more pizzas for free but it was too late by that time the party was over as we had to leave the party room. We didn’t actually get them. Also I’m bummed Bouncin Craze turned its apology into a marketing opportunity instead of just an apology. Oh well still won’t be back.

I have multiple experiences with Bouncin Craze. It was the best thing going when they first opened. It is a locally owned family run company, and the owners are always on site. Usually this is a good thing, but not in this instance. The place is not cared for well. It is crowded and dingy. My biggest complaint is that it is dirty. Frankly, the place needs to be cleared out completely and scoured thoroughly. I will admit that it was cleaner this visit, which surprised me. My son loves to go to Bouncin Craze, and I usually cringe. They have gotten rid of the metal climbing structure and helicopter, but the toddler/baby area remains. We attended a birthday party tonight. We had the place to ourselves, which was nice. One big complaint was that they didn’t turn the air conditioning on until right before the party started. The high temp today was 111 degrees, so you can imagine how toasty it was in the warehouse! Bounce Town is much better managed and cleaner. See my review.

WOW. Wow. I wish more folks would write reviews, because if I had had any idea what we were getting in to, we would have avoided this place like the plague(which we felt like we had contracted by the time we left!). Let me start be saying double EWW! The website seemed okay, the front area was tolerable, no Unilocal reviews — but then, holy cow. There were way too many people inside, the smell was foul, and the stuffy warm temps did nothing for the atmosphere. I felt trapped and claustrophobic immediately; however our four year old had a view of the inflatables and he burst in. We were in town visiting family, and Grandma was treating the kids to a play place. I should have gone with my Mommy-gut, but I didn’t want to be elitist. What a joke. Everything in this place looks like it needs a good scrub. The miscellaneous assortment of office chairs are incongruent with a bouncing place, and their positioning reminded me of the DMV. Torture. There were used band-aids(yes, plural) on the floor — which means there were uncovered wounds crawling all over this place. There were giant kids and infants, and no order to anything. The inflatables are crowded in to a warehouse(which you can see on the website, although it is smaller in person), but there are also a couple metal climbing structures. Bad idea. Kids are running around like mad and little ones are ducking out of the way of too-big ones, narrowly missing the metal climbing dome smack in the middle of the area. There is a metal helicopter rocking toy that can be dragged anywhere on the floor, and twice I saw an oblivious patron get smacked by the back of it. A dangerous contraption especially in this environment. The toddler/baby area was also over-run with older kids. The wee ones didn’t stand a chance. I would never let my baby crawl on that floor, but there wasn’t anything else for them. All the toddler toys were broken and dingy. There was a small playhouse full of 7 – 10 year olds throwing balls at little kids. Seriously. If the parents aren’t minding them then there should at least be some employee supervising. Oh wait, there was. A shy teenage girl walking around grimacing. Poor thing. Later, a man was on site with a microphone occasionally reminding patrons to enter the inflatables through the entrances and not the exits(not effective, btw). I wasn’t sure he was an employee, as not only did he not have on a name tag, uniform shirt, etc, but previously the mic had been passed around to various kids who were shouting on it – HORRIBLE! The only thing worse than listening to undisciplined obnoxious children is listening to them feeling clever on the sound system. Many of the kids did not in fact have on socks, and Mr. Mic didn’t seem fussed at all about that either. Another Eww-Issue is the areas surrounding the inflatables. Specifically on the side between the wall of the building and the inflatable, which is easily accessed by anyone. There are stacks of storage boxes and Holiday decorations caked in dust. Not only gross but unsafe as they are carelessly stacked against the wall. It isn’t possible to determine when and where you catch germs and get sick, but it is a fact that in the days following our visit to Bouncin’ Craze that my two children, my mother and myself all came down with a bug. Despite my Purell dispensing we were all sick. My recommendation is do NOT see for yourself. Bottom line — this place is a disgrace. YUCK! Alternatively, if you want to see an inflatable play place done the right way, drive south to Austin Texas and visit the immaculate, organized, well-run Hoppin’ House. AMAZING. :)
