I LOVE braums. But this wasn’t my favorite location. The young boy who made my large chocolate shake took about 15 mins to make it and it overflowed completely over the cup. And instead of transferring it to another cup he just took a million napkins and tried to clean it up. When that didn’t work he took a wet blue towel from a red container and wiped it clean. I was watching this whole thing. I also notice his manager didn’t step into help or coach.

Ice cream is very good, Fries are very good. Rest of the food is pretty good. In general, I enjoy Braums but this location has issues.
In general, it is fairly dirty. The kitchen, which in full view of the customer, is consistently downright filthy. We have stopped eating food at this location and only buy the prepackaged ice cream.
Counter help is either very poorly trained in customer service or just naturally rude. Seems to be a recurrent theme throughout the years.
Sadly, cannot recommend you eat here. Market prepackaged food is OK to buy but restaurant cooked food is concerning.

This is one of my favorite Braums locations! I eat here often on my way to work. The hamburgers are always fresh! The staff is normally nice. Even when they are busy the drive through is pretty fast. I love the market inside also.

Edmond, OK

Good breakfast food, hamburgers, ice cream and a grocery store all in one. Fresh produce, chips, dairy case, frozen food and even a meat case. They have managed to put a lot of stuff in a small area and are always well stocked.
Best breakfast burritos around for a fast food place and fresh biscuit sandwiches of the usual variety. Burgers are larger than other fast food chains and you can actually taste the meat! Crinkle cut fries and a fresh made shake will fill up anybody.

Oh, Braums. What an Oklahoma staple you are.
Decent fast food here. Colin loves the grilled chicken sandwich but the only thing I have enjoyed from the menu is the Froyo Cone dipped in chocolate. The prices for their ice cream are the best I have ever seen! If you have a car full of people and want to treat them to something sweet, this is the place to go to ensure everyone’s happiness.
There is a fresh market in most Braum’s where you can find a small produce section and some odds and ends like chips and cheese.
There is a great milk divide in the Morgan home. Colin grew up on only drinking Braum’s milk… and, now is no different. I am the milk woman who brings home 2 gallons to quench his milk thirst… weekly. (I know –he milks it.)
