Did they raise their prices? Wife, daughter and I went in and ate and it was 40+ dollars when it used to be 30. Will not be back when sonics wings are just as good for half the price

I don’t understand how Buffalo Wild Wings is a sponsor of March madness every year but this location is never prepared for the March madness opening day. They didn’t have a several food items that were on the menu, every year we have to tell them to turn on the basketball games, then they only turn on like 2 of their 20 tvs. We ended up watching a soccer game on one and a wrestling match on the other instead of the basketball games. Service here at this location has gotten worse every year as well. Not only on March madness.

930 on a Saturday night… you would think this place would be busy as the parking lot is packed but I think they’re over at Kobe. There were maybe 5 tables taken and we waited for 40 minutes to get a snack boneless chicken, 10 traditional wings and a small order of wedges. I mean did you guys have to go kill a chicken and de-feather it? No way should it take this long to get food when you’re no where near capacity. Won’t be coming to this location until staff and food changes.

Buffalo Wild Wings has mediocre wings and foods. There are other locations in Oklahoma City better than this one. It took us almost an hour to get our foods. The restaurant was not busy and we never received an explanation on what’s going on with our foods. Communication would be very nice. Service is always terrible each time I come. Maybe I’m biased, but the foods here always tastes below BWW standards. I enjoy BWW’s cake, but not at all from this location.

I mean… it’s a Buffalo Wild Wings. Pretty standard as far as a B-dubs goes. BUT, I do have a warning: DON’T GOINTHEBAR! It’s disgusting in there! So smoke filled with minimal ventilation that I’m pretty sure I’d get sick just from being in the room! I feel bad for the workers that have to serve in there, I’d absolutely refuse to. I did feel pretty sick after my latest visit, maybe the lack of ventilation seeped through to the main dining area. Possible… because I’ve never felt sick from their boneless wings, which were delicious btw. Bourbon honey bbq — yummerz! Service was good! Food was good. Prices are fair. Just hate that the bar area is basically off limits unless your up for being hot-boxed by cigarette smoke.

First, let me say that I love BWW! I wanted to love this location and experience etc… But sadly, I was disappointed. We(myself, my husband and my two year old daughter) ate here tonight. The food was good but the service was awful. Our waitress seemed irritated the whole night, until the bill came, and only came to our table a few times the entire evening. We probably won’t return to this location.

This is an update. We went last night. We had a party of 12. Service was OK. It was at 9pm. So they were not busy so it could have been better. The food was OK like normal.

BWW is my go-to place. Im a frequent patron. I usually get orders to go since I have a toddler, but I have sat down in the dining with my husband on dates nights. The girls working the to-go orders are superb. I think in the past year they have messed up my order only once, which they immediately corrected by giving me my meal and the other meal for free. The customer service really rocks, especially compared to the BWW in Moore. The waitresses are friendly, always willing to refill your drinks and give you more napkins. It’s packed on weekends, but they still manage to put together your to go order in good timing.

Service is hit or miss… it’s either good or REALLYBAD! We used to go more often but have backed off lately since the food seems like it’s been getting worse. Only time I will go is during .65 cent wing night because it’s not worth it other then that.

Given this place MULTIPLE opportunities to do something right. Tonight was the last. Completely wrong order, cold food and a very disinterested staff. Overcooked dried out chicken. If anyone is interested in opening another BWW location in Edmond and doing it right, you have my business. This location is by far the worst wild wings I have ever been to.

If you’re looking for a casual, convivial, family friendly spot to enjoy a thunder game and grab a bite, this might be it. The staff is nice, they have a couple jumbo screens and plenty of viewing options. Food was ok, tho the drinks were overpriced, almost $ 30 for 3 vodka tonics! That being said, I would still consider going back on special game events as a splurge because the scene is pretty chill.

Might as well rename it «Dicks». I’m not sure I’ve been here in the past 5 years and haven’t got some of the worst service around. Even on call in orders…

Still a real fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, but I wish the coffee was better or at least more reliable. Sometimes it is great other not. What I find always reliable is the excellent service and the great wings and wide variety of sauces. I can never get past the grilled chicken wrap and wonderful chips and salsa.

There are better buffalo wild wings locations out there in the world. Not much better, but they are out there. Go — find one. Find one that actually stocks their kitchen with the needed ingredients so that they have all the menu items available. Find a location that retains serving staff that are attentive and helpful. Find a location whose management actually… manages their staff. There are better wing joints altogether. There are betters sports bars to watch the game at!

Very disappointed in this BBW. They never have the flavor of the month. Say they are always out. Regular waitress was not here. This one we had today was very rude and just really didn’t want to wait on us.

This is a great spot to eat or meet up with someone or watch a UFC fight. The wings are tasty and they also have discount for military on Monday’s which makes it a great spot to have a nice lunch at a great price!

Called in a take out order on super bowl Sunday. The person said it would be 20 minutes. I was moved back and forth between two lines and it was mass chaos. I waited for an hour and was told my order was lost(heard three others dealing with the sane issue next to me). When they found my order it was cold and the wings had soaked through the boxes… $ 50.00. It was disgusting.

Tons of TVs and good service. Buffalo WIld Wings is a good place to watch the game with your friends or dinner with the family. There is a bar section and a separate non-smoking dining room. They also have the trivia game to keep you and/or the kids occupied while waiting on your food. Most of the time I call ahead and get my order to-go. The food is always hot and the order is always correct. Two things a lot of places seem to struggle with on to-go orders around here. The naked chicken tenders are a healthy alternative to the fried wings. I like to get them with the parmesan garlic sauce; it is spicy and tangy.

This is a nice Buffalo Wild Wings. I have been to them all over the country and this is by far one of the nicer locations. The staff is what it is. They are all 16 year old girls, so most of them have«better» things to do, and the managers typically pretend to be nice. Although that is kind of expected at a sports restaurant, right? Its cheap, just like any other wings place, so you can get relatively full for low cost. Warning:This place gets crazy crowded when there is a big game/fight/dance competition.
