I’m not a picky person, but I have had my fair share of Chinese food and I did not like the food there.

You would think all of these take out Chinese places are exactly the same considering they all have the exact same menu. And most are. But not this one. The food was terrible. The fried rice is not even fried rice, and the sesame chicken tasted like the sauce was made out of pure honey. I chose to try it out because it’s the closest one to my new home, but next time going elsewhere will be worth the drive.

Disgusting. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. One bite and we left. I got the generals chicken, it tasted like gravy with a little bit of lemon juice and has canned slimy mushrooms and broccoli. The egg drop tasted like chicken, which was just weird. My boyfriend got the sesame chicken, the chicken looked gross and tasted sour. The fried rice was just white rice soaked in soy. Eggrolls were ok. Even the fortune cookies were bad

They have these gigantic fried garlic chickens that are super cheap and delicious. And the portions are HUGE. I’m sure they are about 1000 calories each but damn. They are good. Not sure about anything else here though but try out the garlic fried chicken.

If you’re looking for good Chinese food you won’t find it here. The food is bland and unexciting and the restuarant offers nothing but boring tables as an atmosphere.
Most of their business appears be done via their drive through (Hence the name China Express, I guess). And I guess if you just want to pick up some Chinese to go it may be OK… but I’d still pick somewhere like Panda Express for that instead.
