What a cool little gem in north Edmond! I would have never known about this place if my husband and I did not have a gift certificate for two tastings and a bottle of wine we won at a silent auction. We sat on the patio with the really neat barrel tables overlooking a portion of an immature vineyard. The wines we tasted were pretty good. There weren’t any wines I hated. My favorites were the Cabernet, the Merlot-which had a nice cherry flavor to it-, and the Miretage which seemed to have an interesting bit of carbonation to it. The cheese tray we ordered was worth the money we paid, as it had pleasant mixture of cheeses. Our servers were extremely friendly and eager to answer our questions. Great experience! I can’t wait to come back.

Kim is exceptional when it came to putting in our deposit. My first initial call felt like she knew who she was talking to. She didn’t rush me off the phone, she didn’t try and cut corners when I asked questions. She was SUPER nice and willing to answer any questions. Me and my fiancé went in a few days later to look at the place, and when we did… OMG! It was perfect, we put our deposit down ASAP. They have such an amazing venue to offer for a wedding, and their pricing is something we couldn’t turn down. We got to sample the wine they offer and we tried four of them, they offer 9, but we aren’t Huge wine drinkers so we go more for sweet wine, and oh myyyy they were tasty! We are going to order a whole bunch of it for the wedding. I can not say one bad thing for this place. Kim takes pride in her vineyard, and I see why. She has done an amazing job with it and I must say I am glad to have found it!

Hubby and I were asked if we would like to join some friends for a themed dinner at Clauren Ridge, so we wrote our check and paid for our two tickets. We were ready for a fun evening with friends and to try some local wines. The evening of the dinner arrived and we headed on over to meet up with our friends. As hubby and I drove up and entered the winery, I thought what a lovely building and how great it would be for a wedding or other celebration party. The evening started with hors d’oeuvres and a few drinks that included wines from the winery as everyone arrived for the evening. After everyone had gathered, we began a tour and then headed for dinner. While we had a pleasant time with our friends and other guests, the food was mediocre and the wine didn’t do much to impress the two of us, although a portion of the tasting was unfinished green wine. Everyone has different tastes and preference and I tend to favor Cabs from Chile and California as well as other reds from Australia and France. Hubby is more of a Red Zin guy, but we went in with an open mind and just weren’t impressed. There was nothing that stood out for us with any of the wines. We have our preferences, as does everyone else. We’ll be sticking to our favorites and passing on the local wine scene… Oklahoma isn’t exactly know for our wines.

One of my best friends had her wedding here, I was a bridesmaid and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very helpful setting up the venue with us, making sure we had cheese and wine and getting us anything we needed. One of the ladies even fixed my dress before we walked out. The venue is stunning and they allow you to set up however you want. So overall… staff was great venue was wonderful and everything was beautiful.

I have had a lot of contact with the owner of this winery since I first visited about a year and a half ago. Since I live so far away(Los Angeles) I have pretty much relied on her for goings-on and updates regarding the state of the winery. This speaks a lot to the commitment to gaining loyalty as she easily could just pretend like she has been too busy to communicate with me. This customer service gets a couple stars just because of that. I recently found out that they are in a distribution situation and I was able to get a hold of a couple bottles of wine. The bottle I liked the most was COLLAGE. It is a meritage from 2014. The blend includes Cab Sauv, Cab Franc and Syrah. Firstly, the label is beautiful and pretty dynamic. Secondly, I happen to be a blend fan, amongst other things, and really enjoyed the depth of the wine. You can tell the wine has matured correctly from their 14 year old vines. I am very pleased I was able to get some more of their wine without having to travel all the way to OKC. When/if I am back in town, I will make it a point to stop by.

Had an amazing time at the Lamb wedding last night. My dress broke before the wedding and everyone there as so helpful from bobby pins to even giving me a shirt to wear so that I could dance the night away! Amazing service, amazing wine, amazing venue!

We had a private work event here recently and it was great. The staff was helpful, welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed learning the history of the vineyard and the family of owners. Kris was a gracious and friendly host, making sure all of our needs were met. There was a catered lunch and it was very good. As for the wine, I was impressed. Wide selection of samples. Being a home brewer and beer snob, I’m not what you’d call a «wine guy». However, I can appreciate the good flavor of a well crafted drink and the work behind it. Great experience overall. Next time I’m visiting the area, I plan to stop by if possible.

Beautiful setting and excellent facilities. HOWEVER, the manager and wait staff are extremely rude and ill-mannered. My close friends had their wedding there and were completely unaware that Clauren Ridge is NOT a kid friendly venue. Children were not allowed to play outside. We were scolded by the staff for going up the stairs to the bathroom because we were«in their way.» There is literally one way to get to the bathroom! Overall, if you are planning an event where there won’t be children, this would be a great place. If your family and friends have small kids and you don’t want them treated poorly, you should choose another place!
