Took 2 ½ hours for them to go through all the clothes I brought in to sell. Many still had tags on them, which they passed on. I was told they don’t buy Juniors sizes-yet they had all sorts of size 0 clothes. Last time I checked size 0 was considered Juniors?! I will say this-the employees there were MUCH nicer than other consignment stores I have been in.

Very friendly staff! The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I got great deals what what I brought in to them and walked out happy. I will definitely sell to them again.

This was the worst ever… a few times i have taken things in… designer items, and they dont pay enough. Its a waste of time unless you are desperate for cash! Which is okay but im not about to give the stuff away. You would make more at a garage sale! Im going to go on every site and make sure people dont waste their time!

This place was so insulting to me. I had brand new clothes with the tags still on that I bought from Neiman Marcus. They passed on all the items. They did not even recognize good brands such as Chanel, Lacoste, and Gucci clothing. This consignment shop is for very low end clothing lines such as mall stores forever 21 and Express. If you are looking to consign nice clothing I suggest you do so elsewhere.

I’d heard of this place, but hadn’t actually been until a few weeks ago. I was very presently surprised! I found two dresses and one top from my favorite designer who is almost never available in Oklahoma. I also found cute shoes and a skirt perfect for work. Their designer items are a steal. I got $ 200+ dresses for between $ 20 and $ 24! My skirt was a no brand work wear item and it was about $ 15. I could probably have picked up the same thing for $ 3.99 at a goodwill so I’d say it was over priced for something pre-owned and off brand, but I knew that and bought it anyway for the shopping convenience. I am a big thrifter and used to digging for treasurers, but it was nice for this store to take the effort out of that for me! I just looked at the sections marked with my size and quickly found things I liked. Their purse selection was decent, in high school I would have been all over the $ 80-$ 100 coach purses, but I’ve out grown that phase. The Kate Spade options were over priced, for an extra $ 20 there I could just buy new! Overall I’ll be back soon for the designer clothes, but I’ll stick to thrifting for my basics and just but my purses new.

I love Clothes Mentor! I am used to having a great experience there with friendly workers and some of the best deals on great clothes. It’s hard to find such trendy clothes at a low price in Edmond, but that’s exactly what I’ve always found here. Unfortunately, there was one worker(a female with dark, curly hair) that was somewhat snippy and seemed to be burdened by having to assist me. I would like to note that this is an uncommon trait of the workers at the store, and I only bring this up so that maybe something might be said to improve other customers’ experiences. I will continue to shop at Clothes Mentor, and would recommend it to everyone!
