Took our suburban in this past week. They seem to have a lot of experience with Chevy. Within a couple hours they had diagnosed the issue and had it back to us the next day. New spark plugs and tune up and running like a champ again. They communicate well and are very helpful. Some places you feel like you are annoying them with questions or calling them. They break it down and take the time to explain what is going on. Price seemed fair considering the excellent service and quick turn around. Hopefully not too soon but, when the day comes, we will use them again.

Had another great experience here! Took my car to an automotive chain for an AC check and they said my blower motor and blower motor resistor was completely shot. I left, brought it to Dwains the next day. They informed me quickly that the resistor was out and the blower motor was completely fine. Charged me $ 200 and I had a fully working AC that afternoon! Great customer service and great employees!

My husband is an airplane mechanic, so he knows the ins and outs of an engine. We are new to Edmond and took our Chevy in for a water pump replacement. We knew what was wrong with it and after a little research, knew how much we should pay for the replacement. Dwain’s automotive did not overcharge us and my husband checked to make sure the part was in fact replaced. Its hard to find anyone that is honest in the auto repair business, but seems like we found one. Thanks Dwain’s for keeping honesty and integrity in today’s «rip off» market.

The people here were very helpful and I didn’t leave with that ‘what a ripoff’ feeling. They appear to be real mechanics, using their own expertise and know-​how to diagnose issues, rather than the usual «plug it in, run a test, see what it says,» thing I’ve heard so often.
I wished they had given a quote on further work recommended for the car when asked. They knew what needed to be done, but couldn’t come up with even a ballpark figure.

It’s difficult to find a mechanic with integrity. But w/​Dwains automotive I found it just that. They told me exactly what my car needed and didn’t lie. They even told me what my car didn’t need right now. I will take all my cars here again.
