It’s the most package-​ful time of the year
With the clerks taking forever
Despite everyone telling you FedEx is faster
It’s the most annoying time of the year (to be at FedEx)
It’s the ship-​shippiest season of all
with the clerks not paying attention
and then telling you «whoops, wrong labeeeeeelllll»
It’s the annoying season to mail things of alllll
No, seriously, I was there for 45 minutes, despite no line. They insisted I re-​package one of my boxes, put the label for BFF’s package on my mom’s package – When I pointed it out, I got a response of ‘Whoops, oh yeah, I saw that.” Uh? If you did, why did you put it there?
I’m going back to the Post Office next year. Or at the very least, a different FedEx.

Convenient location. Has grown expensive. Not a fan of the system to pay for copies.
Counter help (staff) somewhat rude and a bit abusive to the younger folks who came in.
Other, better places close by.
Not recommended.

I received poor customer service after standing in line for 30 minutes. I would recommend avoiding this location at all costs. USPS is very close by.

FedEx doesn’t ship to P.O. boxes and will not ship large items. e.g. guitar case. Don’t waste your time. There is a UPS Store right across the street from McAlister’s. I have never been refused any type of service from UPS.
