Awesome little spot! We split the pie with OMG on one side and Garden of Eden on the other. Delish! The staff was super nice too. We will be back.

Went in with some friends tonight later in the evening. They messed up some of the order and it took a really long time to get our orders. However, the manager and the waitress did a good job of taking care of us and making it right. Of course the long wait for the order wasn’t fun, but they made it right and the pizza was really good. I would certainly go back.

Love the pizza here. Been to Chicago and this is not too far off. The crust, sauce, and toppings are great. My only complaint would be the staff, because the younger waitresses have messed up our order on occasion and have even forgotten to place our order before. Full disclosure though, the owner chased us to our car to not only refund our money for drinks bought, but also gave us a voucher to make it up to us. We have been back since and had great experiences.

Chicago-style pizza in Edmond? Hmmm. I’ve been here a couple times now, and Humble Pie isn’t bad! The service I had my first time was spotty, but I’m happy to say it had imrpvoed during my last visit. I came here post-Patriarch with a colleague a couple weeks ago, and we both agreed that the cheesy bread app and the personal pizzas were simply delicious. I’m still not quite completely taken with Chicago-style pizza as a concept, but the food was definitely good. I appreciate that HP is upfront that Chicago-style takes longer to cook, so if you come hungry, definitely be prepared to order an appetizer. It was about 30 minutes for our personal pies to cook, which we were sated by the appetizer and had plenty of time to gab and whatnot before stuffing our faces with some delicious pizza. If Chicago is not your preferred style of pizza, they do offer NY style pizza as well. I’d be happy to come back and try any of style of pizza HP serves, though!

Pizza was amazing! Went on a Friday night and seated immediately. Waitress was awesome. Helpful, but not nosy. One of the best pizza spots I’ve found in the OKC area. Prices reasonable. Highly recommend.

The best Chicago style pie in OK! Tip-call you order in prior to arriving, it will save a ton of time. These pies take a while to cook to perfection

This place is awesome! Their deep dish pizzas are perfect. The wait staff is great. The one thing to remember is that deep dish pizzas take time, so don’t expect to be in and out quick.

The BEST Chicago style pies aren’t in Chicago anymore. Lou Malnati’s, Gino’s, Ono’s it doesn’t matter the best Chicago Pizza is now in Edmond Oklahoma. You may think I have lost my mind, but Matt at Humble Pie has mastered the Chicago style pie. Don’t believe me try it for yourself and you’ll see.

Not bad. I just don’t think it’s amazing. I need to go back again, but personally, I don’t understand the fuss. And don’t let the other reviewer dissuade you, artichoke hearts on a pie, especially a white pie, are a godsend.

Yes! I found my go-to, five star pizza joint in Edmond! It’s so delicious! At this point, we’ve pretty much tried all the standards on the menu. I love The Samoan, and The Margherita, and The Supreme… okay, they are all good. Don’t make me choose. The crust. So good. I’m a NY style kinda girl, but the chicago deep dish was good, too(considering I don’t like deep dish, and I enjoyed this one, that’s a good sign). The sauce. GREAT. Addictive. Perfect. Wonderful. I like that they are generous with their cheese and toppings. The ambience inside is cozy and fun. The wait is a little while for pizza, but it’s fresh, quality ingredients and worth it. The service has been good, and take-out has been pretty quick for pick up. Check them out!

It smells Amazing in Humble Pie! Chicago or NY style … You can’t go wrong. So refreshing to find some pizza that’s not just a big pile of grease on some bread. I’m a sucker for saucy pizza and the NY style doesn’t have much but the crust makes up for it. I don’t eat pizza often so it’s a big deal to crave HP. Great takeout in Edmond!

These pies are pretty good. I’ve only had the New York style so I can’t speak to the Chicago style. The Hawaiian is my favorite. We got the supreme last time and it was good but not the best I’ve ever had. My husband is from the east coast and said his only complaint is that the New York style is not what he’s used to. It could be a little flatter but hey — that’s just one east coaster’s opinion. The staff is super friendly. If I lived in the Edmond area, I would pick up a pie from here pretty often.

First time having Chicago style deep dish pizza, so I have nothing to compare it too. I got the chipotle chicken pizza and the cheese bread. The cheese bread came out after a few min, fresh and hot! The crust seemed to have a buttery garlic glaze which added flavor. The pizza came out later, which came out fresh and hot as well! I think the deep dish would have been better if it added that buttery garlic glaze to the crust. The food was good, but I wouldn’t drive out of my way to eat at Humble Pie. Nothing really to brag about.

I’m normally don’t go for deep dish pizza but it’s my husband’s favorite so I went along with it. We split a half supreme & Chipotle chicken and I was pleasantly surprised! The flavor was amazing and I really enjoyed the crust! The homemade soft pretzel sticks are an amazing starter too! If you’re looking for a local great pizza go to Humble Pie!

Having just gotten back from Chicago and having the real deal, this is a close second. I ordered the Chicago deep dish Hawaiian and was very happy with my selection. The cooking does take a little longer, but it’s worth the wait. The inside is simple, and the waitstaff was great. I would definitely come back here.

Friday night is a good night for pizza. After a long day at work I chose one of Edmond’s lesser known pizza parlors. Humble Pie Pizzeria is located in a small strip mall with limited parking. Once inside the décor is ample fodder for conversation and amusement. Dollar bills hang from the ceiling, bent peels on the wall and photos of the pizza Meccas New York and Chicago adorn the walls. They offer both New York and Chicago style pizza. The crust on my pizza was very pie like with a golden brown flavor that served as the perfect counter point for the mild tomato tartness of the original red sauce. The toppings were fresh and worthy of the hype bestowed upon them. The mozzarella cheese was a delicious chewy example of what pizza cheese should be. There is no better pizza than the pie at Humble Pie. Be warned it is a small place and not unknown as a good place for the Italian contribution to classic American cuisine. Goodness like this takes time to prepare so be ready for some conversation with your dinner companion.

Where to start? I feel like my words are just not sophisticated enough to describe the yumminess of this pizza. We ordered the Meat Lovers with red sauce and The Greek Goddess with gorgonzola — both Chicago style. It was a bit of a wait, but nothing compared to Beau Joe’s in Denver. The pizza came out and I fell in absolute love with The Greek Goddess with Gorgonzola! The crust was nothing I’ve ever had before. I was stuffed after two pieces & was sad to see it get boxed up to go. After a long night of activities, I couldn’t wait to get home and have just a little bite of pizza. 10 minutes later & another piece gone, I was ready for bed. Can I tell you I woke up thinking about pizza? I actually dreamt of the delicious piece of heaven all night! If you are in Edmond, stop by & try some Humble Pie!

So I finally made my way to Humble Pie. I’ve been waiting for so long and today was the day! I drove right past this place and did not even know it because their Humble Pie sign doesn’t light at up at all and I was driving at night time. The interior of the restaurant was pretty cool, they had tons of $ 1 dollar bills hanging from the ceiling. I wasn’t sure what the purpose of that was. The place was also a bit chilly because I don’t think they really turn up the heat that much. I saw ordered the endless pretzel along with the Chicago supreme style 6″ and the Margarita pizza. I was highly disappointed with the endless pretzel. I thought it was going to soft pretzels or something, but it was just hard pretzels from a bag it looks like tossed with seasoning. It was served with ranch. I asked for a marinara sauce, which tasted very good. In fact, I thought the marinara sauce tasted better than the sauce that was on the pizza. This endless pretzel costs about $ 5 – 6 and I didn’t think it was worth it. The first basket wasn’t even finished. I thought the Chicago supreme pizza was ok, but it wasn’t super. The 6″ pizza was just about as big as my hands. I didn’t like the flaky crust taste. I probably would prefer the normal crust. As for the margarita pizza, it was pretty good. I could taste the fresh basil and it was good.

Some of the best Pizza in OKC… OKC area. As it is in Edmond. Nifty little place with good eats. We ordered a Chitown Style Deep Dish of meat lover and the OMG, I think that was they name of it. The pizza was top notch. Best deep dish in the area. Seem like the only true Chicago deep dish in the area. I had just got back from work in Chicago and this pizzas was a good imitation. Still would rather have me some Lou Malnati’s in Chi town, but that’s a long drive. As well if you know Chicago pizzas parlors. This pizza is more of a Geno’s style than Malnati’s. Either way some good pizza here. I will be back anytime I am craving some Chicago Style.

Wonderful pizza! We had the deep dish 10″ and it was plenty of food for 2, with a couple slices to take home. We tried both the gorganzola sauce and the humble red sauce and both were out of this world. Not a sweet sauce thankfully! The crust isn’t too doughy which is a success as well. And contrary to what we had been hearing, the wait for our deep 10″ was very reasonable. We will certainly be back. Only issue was our server completely ignored us. Thankfully two other gentlemen picked up his slack. One thing of note for New York style pizza lovers, one thing I didnt see was one single pizza that resembled a New York slice so either everyone was ordering Chicago style or they dont make a true thin, foldable New York slice. Further inspection should give me my answer as I usually prefer a New York slice to Chicago.
