Jason’s Deli

I love a good salad bar and this one has lots of options, but not lots of variety. While the toppings are top quality it would bee nice to see some variety including some fruit options outside of apple slices. The price is a little high, but not outrageous. My kids aren’t big fans as they don’t find man kid friendly salad bar options for the salad.

Always solid food and always at a good price. My parents love it. Good selection too and plenty of space and fast service.

I love Jason Deli! This place gets a lot of my money. We love it all, from the baked potatoes to the fresh selection of great salads. The service is top notch and «on the low» this place has the best corned beef sandwiches outside of Chicago. I definitely recommend this place.

Love this place. The staff is on point, super nice, and always clean. We love the salad bar and my kids love the pasta and meatballs. Our meal was cheaper at Jason’s deli then a lunch at Chickfila. It was way healthier and WAY more filling. My kids give it two thumbs up!!!

I had a Cuban Sandwich for the first time and I LOVED!!! it. Can’t wait to have another one.

I think I’d rate this 5 stars if not for the insanity of the delivery policy. I guess that makes me bitter~. But $ 25 min with a $ 7 delivery charge is yikes. Unless it’s for a big group, I guess? I dunno if it increases because of how large an order is or something. Anyway,
The food is pretty solid.

*Vegetable soup (no, really. It’s pretty great.)
*Any of their salads, particularly the one with apples and cranberries.
There’s other stuff, I’m sure, but I haven’t branched out much. Nice interior, nice employees, fairly affordable and delicious (sometimes healthy) food.

I love how fresh everything is! Salad bar is amazing and a lot of selection. My 7 year old loves their Mac n cheese… which, for whatever reason, tastes way better than Kraft even though it looks like Kraft. My son also enjoys the free soft serve ice cream.

I went here a couple times this weekend.
Everything was great. That $ 1 side salad deal was great! Loved that idea.
And FREE ice cream.
IDK what it takes to get 5 stars out of me but this one gets it.
I recommend the muffaletta. That was great.

I like this deli because the food has been consistently fresh. Every menu item I have tried has been good with good ingredients. The staff moves the orders along quickly. They also tolerate the large crowd of people we have brought through for lunch a few times. Definitely a favorite lunch spot.

My order is never right. Ordered specifically what I wanted but they rang up something completely different assuming I don’t know how to order. Wouldn’t make it right when I called they just tried to justify what they did. My quarter sandwich I got looked like crap. Couldn’t spell my last name right even when I spelled it for them. Idiots! Will never go here again.

We were welcomed immediately upon entering. The restaurant was clean and bright, very welcoming!
The lunch selections were great. There were a lot of kids options. And the free soft serve ice cream is always a hit.
Meatballs on the Meatballa Sub were tasty, but be sure to ask for extra sauce. We also liked the Beefeater. It’s like a French Dip. The breads were toasty, but not too hard to bite into. Very good meal.
A slightly higher price point that most quick casual places. But considering all that you get– ice cream, quality food, fresh ingredients… Worth it!

Great, quick, and tasty place to eat. I don’t think I have ever waited more than 5 minutes for my food. Always fresh. And staff is very friendly and helpful. Not to mention one if their cooks Jorge greets everybody and prolly knows regular client orders.

great salad bar, the best in norman, but only 3 stars bc I received low grade (e-​coli) food poisoning 3 times in a 6 month period (which usually comes from unwashed employee hands). Though for 6 years it never happened, so it could literally be just one bad employee or inattentive manager. I haven’t been back in a few months, so I’m hoping that the issue is cleared up and I will try it again. Sometimes the lettuce/​spinach/​romaine is wilted and slimy.
Take my advice and bring a coat even in the summer, its freezing in this place.
Update: Jan 2016. recently went back three times and the place looks cleaner and no food poisoning at all thank god. Different manager maybe? Not sure, but I love the place again. There literally is no better salad bar in Norman or the okc area.

Thursday lunch and a new place for me… Jason’s. Deli.
A busy place Jason“s seemed anything but a relaxing respite from a workday.
I scanned the menu board and paper menu at the counter questioning the young girl manning the register.
«Beef Eater, light’» I decided. I also chose a bottle of Jason’s Deli Cream Soda to wash down my first sandwich from Jason’s
The bread was pleasingly bready and well toasted. Every pore of the french roll lightly stiff but yielding at the slightest touch. The provolone clung tightly to the slightly warm roast beef.
The meat had a definite, good beefy flavor; well seasoned and just juicy enough to allow you forget for a moment that it is deli meat.
The provided Jus was a good dip in its own. Salt level in check its beefy flavor filled my mouth with its warm deliciousness a testament to properly made Jus. Just add veggies and you would have superbly rich beef soup. It was so good that I drank the remaining portion after the sandwich was gone.
The chewy creamy provolone amened the flavor like a voice in the back row.
The Sandwich was good on its own but took on an extremely juicy and beefy experience when dipped in the Jus.
Like a car firing on all cylinders this sandwich is a standard for Au Jus dipped sandwiches.
The Jason’s Cream soda had a fizzy open and a licorice note that bonked the sweetness on the head. «Not a children’s favorite» I thought. It made unsure if I liked it or not. I don’t think I will ever drink it again.
Jason’s Deli is worth another visit if only for the Jus.

Clean, quick and Free Ice cream! When I’m craving a salad bar, this is my go to joint. Veggies are always fresh and a nice variety of pasta and potato salads to go along with them. Hummus is super tasty and you can’t beat the free ice cream after eating so healthy!

Good food, good price, only thing I wish is that all the stores would add chicken to the salad bar… but if they did they would loose money with the other sales side. but yes everything was fresh and good as always

Jason’s deli is always a solid option. Salad bar gets a ⁷⁄₁₀ (i’m a bit of a salad bar snob) but its definitely better than other places.

I have been to Jason’s on several occasions with family and friends but have always been to preoccupied with catching up with everyone to really take time to order something without out thought. Tonight I decided to pick something up before heading home — I chose the salmon-​wich which. Was absolutely amazing! It had a nice big piece of salmon that was flaky, not over done and flavored very well. The sandwich has a garlic aioli with an avacado pesto and Asiago cheese. The best thing I’ve ever had in a while. I will for sure have another. Probably tomorrow. Lol

Always tastes fresh. Great salad bar that has a good selection. Good size sandwiches. Typically good friendly service.
