Made an appointment for a first time visit. Needed to reschedule. Called as soon as I knew which was an hour before my appointment time. Was told since it wasn’t a 24 notice I would have to pay a 45 fee to reschedule. Obviously I can’t speak of the actual service. But this was how they do business.
Do yourself a favor if you live in the real world. Find an office that actually cares more about patients then money.
UPDATE
Any doctors office that states that they are «helping you out». Is not a place you should trust your body too. There’s many many other chiropractic places in Edmond. That don’t have «rules» and act like they are going out of their way to let you schedule an appointment with them.
Glad to say this place didn’t workout for me and I found another chiropractic clinic that is down to earth.

I am very thankful that my brother drug me in here back in 2012. The staff here are very friendly and compassionate. Dr. Koenig is amazing and very affordable. I recommend him to anyone who has any kind of chiropractic needs.

Dr. Nordstrom is great. He always gets me in and gives me great adjustments. My neck was locking up for the longest time, but through a series of adjustments, he was able to get it back to (relatively) normal. It’s a totally different quality of life for me, and I owe it all to him.
