This business was a nightmare to deal with during our build. Our fixture count was incorrect, the finish and chain length on our chandelier was completely wrong, calls were never returned, the list goes on. When I finally spoke to the «manager» he actually verbally attacked me. Completely insane. There’s way too many similar stores in the area with the same products, not to mention you can order online and avoid the middle man and all of the upcharges.

I guess I don’t look old enough to have a big enough budget for the sales people to «waste their time» with. The employees seem more interested in talking to each other than customers, and the prices that were displayed were outrageous. You lost my business!

We recently built a new home, and had to choose every single light fixture. It took 4 hours (there are a lot of lights)! Our sales rep was AMAZING! She figured out exactly what kind of style we liked and helped us narrow down options. Since we also had a budget, she was awesome at reigning me in and keeping me within it.
There are so many headaches when building a house, but this step was actually enjoyable. Also, the prices for some fixtures can be very high. But, if you’re looking for standard yet pretty fixtures, the prices are just as good (if not better) than any of the big box stores.
