I’ve visited Mint a few times in the past and have been pleased. It’s a small boutique, so unless you are with a bridal party/shower, do yourself a favor and don’t walk in, otherwise you will be surely be rushed or receive worse service. As soon as the bridal parties arrive, the techs go into overdrive. I visited this weekend for a manicure and pedicure and the lady who worked on my pedicure acted as if she was in a race to finish, and by being in a rush, it was painful. No one offered me a drink or anything when I walked in, and during my pedicure, as soon as I put my feet into the water, I saw some foreign things floating in there. The ladies that work there are not nice, the prices are higher for the region, the cleanliness has gone downhill, and I actually found a way better place in Edmond, so I will not be returning.

Finally found a nail salon in Edmond that does a great job most days. Christine and Vincent are great with manicures. Unfortunately if you get Amy you probably won’t be back. She’s always rude and her manicures are painful and messy.(Hence the 3 stars) Beyond that — I’ve had great experiences here! Nice salon, complimentary drinks and reasonable prices.

Reviews about this place were spot on about cleanliness and friendliness, as well as getting a reservation. We came with a good sized bridal party with a reservation. They not only quickly sorted out each of our needs(mani, pedi, gel, or combo of these), but also had a spot to put each of us to wait for our service. They were very efficient to get to each of us. There were a few walk-ins that tried to get in but had to be turned away since we were there. Each was offered another time, though, which is much better than most places who just say no and let you walk out trying to find another place. Not so great things: didn’t do edges of our nails well; messy and rushed, with the paint by the cuticles not completely covered and the second coat not matching the first.

I was immediately greeted, did not have an appointment, and walked in about an hour after they had opened. I was offered a coke, wine, or water. The staff was friendly, stylish, and accommodating. The salon appeared very clean, and I visualize the staff cleaning the chairs after every customer. I got the Zen pedicure(hot stones) with Chamomile and was pretty disappointed. The massage was nothing merely more than running her hands over my legs with hot stones and lotion… a waste of $ 45. My classic(a basic) manicure was great. I saw many women around me getting the gel manicures, which I think looked beautiful, but I can’t have them because of my job in the healthcare industry. My feet and hands look nice, and hours later, they still feel moisturized. A vast variety of colors to choose from were on display. I would definitely go back, just not for an upscale service.

I’m brand new to the world of pedicures. I usually just paint my toenails at home and call it a day. After a terrible manicure experience out of state last year(my first and only professional mani so far), I’ve been hesitant to visit a nail salon again. But I’m heading on vacation soon and wanted to do something special, so a girlfriend of mine made a late morning of it. What a great decision! I opted for the posh pedicure, which was $ 35. There was a great selection of colors to choose from. Wine was served in a chilled glass while we sat in massage chairs for our pedis. The posh pedi included scrubs, oil massages, hot towels, and paraffin wax. The entire thing lasted about an hour and was just relaxing and fun. The woman who did my pedi was actually the owner, and she was very friendly. She chatted a bit without making it feel like anything was forced or awkward. This place definitely convinced me to come back. Everything about it was just so enjoyable. As a bonus, you get 20% off your services after 10 visits!

Good stuff… $ 25 spa pedi! I was in town for a visit, had a little extra time on my hands and needed some TLC for my toes. Found this place based on my quick Unilocal review and Viola!!! Got in without an appointment, they did a good job, place was clean and overall I was impressed!!!

I got my nails done here for my wedding. Girl that did them didn’t smile once and finished my manicure in about 15 minutes which is unheard of for a shellac manicure. I kept mentioning to her that this was for my wedding so my hands will be in pictures but she continued to be distracted and rush through. Nails ended up sloppy I had to go somewhere else to fix them up.

This is probably the best mani/pedi I have ever had & I’ll continue to keep going to them! Very professional & the designs they do for your nails are outstanding! I recommend this salon to all my friends!

I went in for a quick fix on nail ovelay that was lifting and they were able to sit me down and get it done in a matter of minutes. Vincint replaced the entire nail, no use of nail glue like they do in other places and charge you $ 3.00 for it. He did a great job. After having such a good experience there I went back and had Vincint do my fill. He is very delicate and does fine work. They are not big and bulky like what I call a turtle shell. They look like my own nails very natural. Place is clean they are polite and offer you complimentary drinks. They guarantee their work, if you have any lifting they will fix it without any charge! I would definitely go back and plan to tell my friends so we could do a spa day. If you bring 5 or more friends you get a 25.00 gift card to use any time. It’s obvious this nail spa wants repeat customers and good reviews. Most nail salons just shuffle their customers in and out trying to make a buck without any concern on customers service. Happy customers always like to tell more friends about a good experience

Modern. Clean. Lovely staff. Love that you can show them virtually anything and they can design it to perfection. I highly recommend booking an appt. though. They have their regulars and walk ins work but booking is better. They stay on time and genuinely let you relax. One of my fave places to get my relax time on.

Fantastic place! I booked a party of 5 and we got pedicures here and drank complimentary wine! At the end, I got a $ 25 gift certificate(which I used right away) just because I booked a party of 5 or more. Great place!

I just recently moved to the Edmond/OKC area and I went to one salon that was highly rated on Unilocal. And I got a Gel manicure and the next day two of my nails where already chipped! So someone at work had mentioned Mint Nails and Spa and even though it only had one review I decided to give it a chance. I am so glad I did because I think I found my nail salon. First, the salon is very clean and the décor is very pretty. Everyone was nice and I got Vincent who did a fantastic job with my pedicure and gel manicure. He was very detailed and thorough. And it’s day two and no chipped nails!!! I like that they also do designs there too in case I want to get a design although I tend to stick to French manis for work. In addition they have a great selection of colors. I will be back. I recommend the salon and Vincent!

Very clean and modern environment. Great selection of nail and gel colors. Many different price options for pedicures. I selected the«Posh» pedicure it was a little more at $ 35 but worth it. It lasted about 1 hour; hot towels and paraffin wax included. I have been searching for a clean nail salon in north OKC/Edmond area, I have found it! I will be back.
