We had used them twice at 2 different houses and found them to be prompt, efficient and although a little higher priced than others, we thought their work made up for it. That all changed when they came to do a third job for us. We were grossly overcharged on one of the items(about 3x’s the going rate) and they would not respond to multiple phone calls to reduce the cost or come and retrieve the item. Finally after not hearing from them for months, they unexpectedly sent a letter saying they’d put a lien on our house. I found this to be an overly aggressive response especially considering that they had not returned calls and gave us no warning of their plans. To save time, my husband paid the bill(over my objections) but he wanted to just close the file. I’m still seething at their handling of this project and I cannot let them get away with this poor customer service. We had always paid our bills promptly but apparently our reputation with them meant nothing. And that’s exactly what theirs means to me now.
