Relax Nails And Spa

Got a deluxe pedi and a regular mani here. I’m visiting from out of town so this was the highest rated nail salon and reasonably close to my hotel. It was mediocre in every way. The deluxe pedi came with a warm towel and hot rock massage. Both, just mediocre… The massage was really just the technician rubbing lotion on my legs and feet. The hot stone was barely rubbed on my feet, in a manner I could have done (didn’t feel professional). The nail polish job was decent, not sharpe on the edges or super clean and even. But much better than I could have done myself. It did the job, but I wouldn’t go back or recommend if you have other options. The staff was friendly enough.

Upon entering I was greeted & asked to pick out a color of polish. They weren’t busy but I still had to wait about 10 mins for someone to start on my fill-​in. I assume there are only certain workers who can actually do manicures or pedicures. I had an older woman who was very nice & careful until a lot of people came in. She then began to rush on my nails. After I washed my hands, I expected her to paint my nails but instead she had a guy who doesn’t ever do nails paint them so she could do 2 other people at the same time. I understand it’s hard to keep up when a lot of customers come in but you should still respect everyone’s time & money. I doubt I would return unless it was right when they opened so I can get a not so rushed service. Furthermore, it was a nice establishment & I recommend calling ahead to see if their busy !

Very pleasant experience! I got acrylic nails with gel color and they looked beautiful! She took her time and payed close attention to detail!

I visited this salon for the first time today after reading the positive reviews. I got a deluxe pedicure, and a manicure with shellac. The salon seemed very clean, and the pedicure chairs were probably the nicest I’ve ever seen. Both my manicure and pedicure were excellent. They took their time, and paid attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back.

They weren’t bad, but I think we had some communication problems. I asked for something sparkly with a design, and the girl started gluing the clear nail tips on and saying that it would look very natural. She was several nails in before I got her to understand that natural wasn’t what I wanted. She then had to take the nails off and redo them with the white tips I had been asking for.
Customer service was good, there was just a lot of fixing mistakes that went along with it. There was a piece of black fuzz that got into the acrylic and painted on, and they had to fix that nail twice, before the fuzz was gone. I wanted a pink flower, and the girl let me pick out a color. Then, she picked up the OTHER color that I didn’t want and started painting my nail. She fixed that too, but I spent a lot longer there than I wish I had.

Great salon! My and my daughters nails look great. My Waxing came out great. Will visit again

The BEST experience ever! They don’t rush you, very friendly staff, offer you a basket of goodies as a courtesy, and the pedicures are AMAZING!!! Probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had and only for $ 35!!! They did a great intricate design for me that other places have turned down! The experience was amazing! Definitely will come back here every time!

I came in without an appointment on Saturday, and they got to me right away. I had a great pedicure– the deluxe, soaking, sugar scrubbing, paraffin wax, hot stone massage, pedi and polish– all for $ 35 without the tip. It was relaxing, and the salon was never loud or full. I then moved on to get a full set. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she did exactly that. it looked better than the picture! I will go back here for all of my Mani/​pedis, especially my artistic ones!

Great nail shop! The staff is friendly, the service is great and the prices are similar to shops near by.
The pedicures are great! They are not rushed, they take their time giving you a great foot massage and leave your feet feeling amazingly soft .
They offer you drinks (water, juice and pops) and really try to make sure you are comfortable .
They also have a private room for all waxing. I had a great experience and would recommend them.

Under new ownership and off to a fantastic start in my opinion. I have tried a bunch of different nail salons in the OKC area and today I received, hands down, the best foot massage of my life! If you are in Edmond & in need of a pedicure try this place. Not only is the staff beyond friendly, speak English very well, extremely friendly, & above all else very very clean. Ask for Tiffany and you won’t be disappointed! Oh yeah, and for being a new customer you might just get a free bottle of lotion!
